Omg the blonde lady, It looked almost impossible to heal because it looked like half of her nose was gone, you wouldn't even know!! That's amazing.

because it hasnt, has it? The scar looks like shit. the first few good looking pictures are the 'spot' he went to see his derm for in the first place.

And please stop comparing MOHs surgery to acne scarring.
