I actually have a Derma Roller on my desk to the left of me, I came here hoping to find other's who might have used it. I will try it tonight, and I will update to let you know how it went.

Thanks SkullKid, but I am trying to figure out what type of scars I have and what type of dermaroller to use because I would like to have a clear face someday

I've tried derma rolling, and I can tell you, it's not worth the pain and money!!! It looks like you have small bumps and some scarring, which is similar to what I have. I thought the small bumps were just skin imperfections, but the derma roller will for sure break those open if you use it right. Your skin will have little blood spots from that, and it will be irritated. It doesn't seem to touch the scars though at all. I'm in the same boat as you are... Sorry I couldn't have anything better to say about it, but sadly it doesn't work.
