Need Advice: Dermastamp Or Derma Roller For Acne Scars? (With Pics)

I thought of using both dermastamp and derma roller together because I understand the dermastamp helps acne scars on specific areas. So I figured I needed to use both but can I do that, using both of them at the same time?

I think I stopped getting breakouts for a few months now after I switched to a new skincare which is why I thought of working on my acne scars now. I did however, get a huge pimple last week (as you can see in the second photo). I apply a lot of tea tree oil on it which is probably why resulted to drying out a patch of my skin around that area.
