So I've been battling my skin for the past 2-3 years and I still can't figure out how to win the battle. I've tried the regimen (currently), proactive, aha+ wash, benzoyl peroxide 10%, dermarolling for a few months and a dermatologist even put me on retin-a micro + solodyn pills (minocycline) but nothing has really worked. My diet is pretty good, I drink water and exercise daily and don't spend too much time in the sun. I attached pictures to give you a better idea because I'm still having trouble determining my condition but I'm pretty sure it's a combination of red marks, scarring and a little bit of active acne. Any help or suggestions for my situation would be greatly appreciated, thanks
I agree that your skin looks really good! I'm pretty sure that most people would not even think of you as having acne.
You say that you still have some active blemishes (can't really see any in the pics!)so you should stay on the Regimen until they are gone and then ask your dermatologist for something for any red marks you may have (like a retinoid cream).
Good luck.
Thank you guys for the encouraging words. Maybe the lighting in the pictures is a little deceiving or maybe I'm spending too much time in the mirror looking at it haha but It's almost like a red patch on both of my cheeks only with some with rough texture. it's just this last, annoying little hump I can't seem to get over to have clear skin.
