you've got some ice pick scars and some boxcar type scars...they won't go away, but trust me mine were worse

first things first get that acne under control, give the current regime another month and if that doesn't work, try the BP/clindymycin from your doctor...or maybe SA...your acne isn't that bad, and no PICKING!

then you will need some fraxel laser treatments, or if you have no money read up about self derma rolling on the owndoc.com forum....I have had several fraxels, but now I do my own derma stamping...takes a while but there is slow and steady improvement

I've been following the regimen for 8 weeks - my results are less than satisfactory. I try and use makeup but nothing, nothing covers these scars. I'm very confused. What kind of scars are these? Are they likely to "go away" with time?

welcome to the site as stated above you have ice picks and boxcar scarring dermaroller or a filler would be good for the boxcar scars for the ice picks look into tca cross good luck
