What type of scars are these are they box type,ice pick or rolling scars.......?

I am trying to find out the type from nearly 4 months but i am not able to...for me it just look like small scratches.....with almost surface level...

can any suggest a suitable treatment for this??please i am considering Microdermabrasion right now
