I used to have these, its a matter of time till they fade out, try to gently scrub with lemon juice and sugar once per two weeks, don't overwash, drink lots and lots of water, take vitamins, remove any junk foods, eat only fruits and vegetables and you will see the results in just a few days ! The problem is internal not external !

Forgot to mention: DON'T YOU EVER POP ANYTHING AGAIN !!!

The term "gently scrub" is an oxymoron. NEVER scrub. When it comes to any type of blemish, being gentle is the base of treatment. ALWAYS use a light touch, and NEVER pick the skin with dirty hands. Lemon juice in my experience is too harsh and serves to only irritate the skin. I always suggest a gentle route consisting of Cerave cleansers, Cetaphil moisturizing cleansers, just anything that does't rob the skin of moisture. It needs to also be followed up with a treatment that isn't too drying.

Judging by your pictures ,and if you dont mind me saying, it seems like a light to possible mild case. Therefore, I suggest a light application of BP followed by any non-comedogenic moisturizer. This treament should be started out a night since that is when the skin is out of the suns rays and can start healing itself.

And aside what my fellow Acne.org member says, it IS okay to pop some of the one that NEED to be (it brings down the inflammation). However, ALWAYS do it the right way. A disinfected needle (if it has a head) or two sterile q tips to squeeze from each side. But remember, after you do so its sooo important not to touch the open sore, or put any product on it until it has scabbed up.

Any questions or clarifications just shoot me a message mate, good luck!
