I've had these since 2018 (picture with the green circle is from Nov 2018 and the rest are from the past 1-2 years). I've tried AHA, BHAs, Differin XP, Retin-A, radiofrequency microneedling (Morpheus8) + PRP(?), Trifarotene, Doxycycline, and electrodessication but nothing worked.
This is a tough one because they don't look like actual hypertrophic scars that they normally can shoot corticosteroids into or do other hypertrophic treatments to. I do wonder if cryotherapy might work though. Are you under the care of a good doc?
