Very happy I found this forum. Was about to spend a lot of money going to Australia to get recell. I got laser tattoo removal which ruined my skin. Im not left with very noticeable hypopigmentation and raised scarring ( I am a 4 on the Fitzpatrick scale). After micro needling, PRP treatments, protopic and other prescription creams , tattoo camouflage and every natural remedy possible my skin is still in terrible condition. Im grateful for this forum and for all of you sharing your journey.

I got the scarsin a car accident, years back, after recell my scars are not worser than before , but has not improved much either, maybe now after 3 months from the procedure, pigmentation has improved by maximum 20%, but its still very sensitive to sun ,though I use spf 50 sunscreen and its the same old scar tissue with slightly better pigmentation , it still looks very bad in some lighting angles and this treatment has not improved the way I feel, I just feel more terrible for spending so much on this procedure. its not at all fair charging so much for a simple procedure which makes only mild improvement on scars, maybe it does work for pigmentation issues, and is this account positive thoughts a part of the promotion of recell?
now what gives me hope, is the news about the future treatments to come , would like to share the link here.

This would be amazing. Not having to have healthy skin harvested, or have to have another scar. I really hope one day this product becomes available.

Mktp is recell is the exact same procedure just cheaper.if you go to India it cost 100 pounds for the same treatment as recell in uk that cost 6000 pounds.recell and mktp are not very good.I posted all this study and info on mktp and recell in my thread.if you respond to recell or mktp the max results are up to 30% improvmet in hypopigmentation repigment.but most people don't respond. I was talking to alot of experts that do both procedures
I fixed my massive hypopigmentation scarwithout wasting tons of money on these phony procedures

Have any of you heard of Brisbane Dermatology or AbsoluteCosmetic. They are both in Australia and said I would be a candidate for recell but I am so scarred my hypopigmentation and scarring will be worse after process.

Hi, I did recell about 5 years ago and it was the perfectchoicebecause my face improved more than 90 % . I recommended for hypopigmentation after laser even for acne scars. I cant hardly see ny deepest acne scars. My skin took about 3 years to gets results because I think my age, was43, maybe it slow down the heal. My face looks much better now and smooth.

I gonna have 4 weeks on Sunday so is too soon to see the final result.
This process'll take at least 6 month to see the results.
I'm already happy with my improved because my hypopigmentation has gone and I can see my skin colour it's getting better. A few acne scars improved around a 45%. Well, I'll load more photos in 4 weeks.

Have theyhealed better since these photos?

Wow, you look amazing there™s like no more white spots. How do you feel with the results? Would you say the amount the procedure cost was worth it?

Yes, of course. Ill do it again if I have to. Dermabrasion + recell is the best choice to fix hypopigmentation and small acne scars.

Did you follow through with your treatment, I'm thinking of going through absolute cosmetic in Perth, has anyone had good results?

Where did you get your hypertrophic scars from? And how did they change or not change after recell? Are they worse than before?

I had recell 3 weeks ago and I feel like it helped with my skin texture. I had shiny texture problems and I do believe that recell is very good for those kind of problems. My hypopigmentation (not my main concern) still remains, though.

hello just joined this blog found it when I was looking into recell read mikey and borecs blogs I had recell and dermabrasion 5 weeks ago in Australia by Dr Rawlins for hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation on face he felt I would get great results but at this stage I am so discouraged my face is so blotchy and discolored been in communication tells me way to early an d will settle and skin will begin to even out and repigment just curios about other people going through this would love some input Thanks

How is your face now?
