Hi please help.

So I used a facial epilator to get rid of my sexy sideburns about 1-2 months ago. It ended up irritating my skin and left all these little red bumps, which later turned into pimples. I cannot get seem to get rid of them. I havent epilated my face since and I don't intend to use it again. Everything else I have found on google/forums only tells me how to prevent them in future. I just want to know if theres a specific way to get rid of these pimples? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!
