Ive been following a skin routine strictly, and Im doing my best to take weekly and monthly photos of my progress (sometimes I forget or don't feel like it). I know patience is key (Im trying!), I find it hard to actually see changes from week to week. So, Id LOVE to hear how you track your progress. Do you also take photo logs? Do you keep notes on your diet, skincare, and everything in between? I sometimes feel that my mood will dictate how well I think my acne improvements are going or looking!! Im all ears and ready to borrow your tips! Thanks a million for any advice. J
