I am 29 years of age and over the past 4,5 years I keep getting recurring lumps on my neck that keep coming and going, times they are massive and take abouts 2 weeks to go others is in around a week, can anybody advise what these are and how to go about it
That looks like possible ingrown hairs deep down but causing cysts that mught be infected. My husband gets them and I pick them out. They leave a huge hole, but do heal afterward.
Is it possible that something is rubbing on that area such as a collar, your hand etc?,
Have you had them checked by a doctor?

Looks like regular 'ol cystic acne to me. The neck is renown for producing big zits basically. It can feel like "recurring" but it's just new zits. We have hundreds of sebaceous follicles (pores) per square cm of skin, so you can get zits in the "same place" over and over again. I used to get big ones on the back of my neck constantly.
Having said that, there is such a thing as recurring acne lesions, but I have a sneaking suspicion that you are just getting acne on your neck. They literally look like the kind of acne I got in that exact same spot.
The Neck Regimen should clear it up. Basically it's just the regular Regimen. Just be careful when you start getting toward the front of your neck that is more sensitive.
