Is this fungal acne?, I have oily skin, don't know if it could be combination. On the summer when it's very hot and I sweat a lot on the forehead the acne gets worse, not by much but still more visible.
There is a little bit of itchines on the skin right now after using a gentle cleanser for oily, combination skin.
I think I have fungal acne but still want to know from somebody else if this is correct.
Any information and advice i'm grateful for. M26 swe.
Keratin bumps/plug, sebhorric dermatitis, possible acne but usually it's trial and error to find out if it's any of those, see a derm. It's very subtle. If it's usually irritated/red it could be a dermatitis. I take Econazole for dermatitis as needed. But it won't help keratin issues or bacterial acne. So find out which it is if any, and try/test treatments to see if it helps.
