For months I have been struggling with the most stubborn pustules and I dont know what to do to get rid of them.

I dont wash my face with anything but cold water and a sulphur soap.

Benzoyl peroxide seems to have no effect on it, its simply drying my skin and I start to have peeling skin.

Observations:

- I also have sebhorreic dermatitis

- I tend to have flare ups when I eat sugar or carbs. Also, it seems that those pustules show up in the same place, over and over again.

- I have tried to use ketoconazole gel on my face but it has no effect.

What could be the cause of it and how can I treat it? Thank you!
