Cystic Breakouts from Low Amounts of High GI Foods, Dairy and Sugar

I developed this strong sensitivity to all these foods 2-3 years ago. In my teens I had the occasional deeper pimple, but to be fair my diet was full of sugar, dairy, I smoked tobacco and drank alcohol and i didnt have any skincare routine. Now i work out every other day, dont smoke and drink, eat as clean as possible, only drink water, wash my face two times a day, use aha, bha, benzoyl peroxide, sunscreen, moisturizer, niacinamide, vitamin c. I also supplement vitamin D3K2, Zinc, Omega 3, Multivitamin, Vitamin C and B Complex.

I cant eat the smallest amounts of sugar, dairy or high GI/GL without breaking out with really deep pimples that hurt bad and leave scars despite my best efforts to bring down the inflammation (hot and cold compresses). I ate a tiny amount of garlic sauce which had joghurt and my whole jaw is a mess right now with three deep cysts that developed hours after consuming the sauce. Cant even have jasmin rice, i have to eat basmati.

Does anyone know what could have happened that my body has such a crazy reaction now and is there anything i can do. Im really at my wits end and have been badly depressed the last months because of all the scarring.
