After doing lots of reading, I'm looking to start megadosing B5 soon, starting at 500mg B5 + 500mg L-cysteine (the latter to prevent depleting cysteine stores and causing hair loss), and gradually increasing both as required.
There's one thing I'm unsure about though. Taking large amounts of B5 seems to affect the other B vitamins, especially B7 (Biotin). Some users recommend taking Biotin at a different time of day, whilst others say to take a Vitamin B complex. Which is the best solution? Does B5 megadosing affect all the B vitamin levels or just Biotin?
