I am starting to Google, but does anyone have any *scientific* references I could look at that are published in last few years (e.g., 2020 - 2023)?

I actually just finished researching the last few years of studies and I'll be publishing it soon. But there was only one good new study that was done in 2022. Not much has changed as far as what we know. Seems like these devices probably work to some degree, but don't expect miracles.
