most of the people who are posting have absolutely horrible acne. I have two friends from high school who had similar acne, took accutane, and now suffer no side effects of the drug and have no acne. That was 4 years ago. Take Accutane or at least go to the dermatologist. Just because you wash your face twice a day and use all the garbage natural products people recommend doesn't mean you will see results. Get professional opinions, not just opinions.

Your skin actaully looks fine. You don't have any cysts and only pimples. If I was in your situation, I would have just taken antibiotics with adapalene +clindamycin. Accutane would be my last resort. Good luck with everything though!
I did. But anyway, back to the point. My derma stopped putting me on 30mg and back to 25. And since then, it's been slowly getting worse. What annoy's me most are the old red spots from my acne. It's a reallll pain to have them. Anyway, I'm having trouble with the lips. Very dry, but at least it's slowly getting better. Back and arms and face are VERY slowly clearing up. I'm going to ask my derma to probably put up the dose because I can barely tell a difference sometimes.
