I have acne scars that have not responded well to various treatments. I am going to try my first CO2 laser and Im opting for the UltraPulse over the Core CO2 since the UltraPulse is more aggressive.
I have some tethered scars. Will I need subcision before the UltraPulse or will UltraPulse be effective without subcision?
Also, has anyone done UltraPulse with good results? Thanks!!!!
I personally like the idea of subcision. It just makes common sense to me. But it also doesn't work wonders at all. It doesn't help very much in fact. But I still like the idea of it. Also, if you do get subcision, look into subcision plus vacuum. That works better than regular subcision.
Also, when you get laser done, are you getting it with PRP? I've been researching this stuff a lot lately and PRP with ablative laser seems like a really good addition.
