Results after Rullan's Trio/Quattro?

I'm 7 days after post-treatment. Not too sure why, but I healed incredibly quick. Like around day 4/5 my skin basically got back to normal with just some slight pinkness in random scar areas (where I assume phenol cross was applied). The thing is... my skin now looks basically the same as prior to the treatment. I don't see any improvement. In fact, I see some newly formed micro scars that never existed prior to the treatment (minimal was not expecting). I called Rullan's office today and an assistant reassured me that improvement appears 2-3 months after treatment; stating that new collagen or whatever starts forming around then.

Has anyone gone to Rullan and had the same experience? Like didn't see results until 2-3 months after? I'm just concerned since my skin looks exactly the same (rolling scars, boxcars, icepicks). I healed in 4/5 days while the assistant stated most people heal up at around 6 days. She attributed my quick healing to the alastin serum I purchased and used from their office. I was told I should expect skin peeling and scabbing but all I had was paper thin skin peeling.

My rolling scars are still present - does retethering happen that fast? Or is it just volume loss so need wait for collagen to fill/improve those areas over time?
My icepicks look the same - are they gonna fill up more or something? I don't see any pinkness to them or anything that indicates healing is going on?
My boxcars basically the same - some are slight pink, some are a little dark inside. Is that good???

My treatment: QUATTRO PACKAGE

  • fillers (Rullan only did on temples and bit of upper cheeks by his advisory).
  • phenol cross
  • cannula subcision
  • erbium laser

Post-care:

  • gentle cleanser provided by the office
  • alastin resurfacing serum advised/purchased from the office
  • I plan on going outside now that it's been 7 days so I will add additional moisturizer and SPF 50 on top along with a mask.

i think it takes time for collagen to build, i have also been getting phenol crosses near where i live and they told me like a couple months. did dr rullan say you need another treatment, if so, how soon after? that should kind of hint at when the improvement is visible. im currently saving up money to go see dr rullan, probably towards the end of the year, if u dont mind me asking, how much did the trio cost?
