Hello,
can you recommend the most effective treatment for my type of scar?
I've already had:
fractional laser twice (brutally painful for me, no longer want to repeat ideally)
2-3 times subsision
once Endolift
I have now started the first of five Vital Injector treatments
Some progress there, anyway I would like to hear your opinion and how you would proceed. Thank you.
Those look like deep icepick scars to me. I'm not sure how good needling or laser would be, other than, as you say, a bit of improvement. Have you tried TCA CROSS?
But more importantly, are you still breaking out? You want to make sure you are not creating more scars. Get clear first!
