Hi All, I am 33 year old and my acne is now under much control (except for maybe one in a month or so).

However, what's bothering me is the acne scarring.

Kindly guide me on what treatment will suit me best.

Also, any suggestion or recommendation on where should I go for the required treatment.

For context, I am from India, living in Netherlands. So, apparently I can access treatment in India and Europe.

Your scarring looks deep. You want to aim for improvement but not dramatic clearing I would say.

I wonder if a deep peel would be helpful for your type of scarring. Perhaps with some subcision (with suction) first, and perhaps some TCA as well.

There are other options as well, but most importantly, you want to find a good doctor who has helped people with similar scarring. Get a second (or even third) opinion and only proceed once you feel like you are sure you're with the right doc. Also, you want to see before and afters of similar scarring. You want to go with someone who has helped with something very similar to this.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Do you think laser full ablative or fractional will be helpful - given the pros and cons trade off.

Will the punch excision help for the two big, deep scar that you see on right cheek ?

I personally like the idea of fractional ablative + PRP. I would probably explore that myself if I had scarring.

And yeah, sometimes excision can be good too. But again, most importantly is to be in the hands of a really great doc for this.
