30 M and I have some acne scarring on my forehead area that is pretty noticeable from the major battle I had with acne in my early 20's. In 2019 I underwent three micro needling sessions and two fraxel laser treatments in order to treat them, and while they did help somewhat, they didn't work as well as I had hoped. I have since had some financial and health troubles, and as a result have been unable to seek any other treatments these past few years. However, I'm now looking to revisit the idea of treating these scars but I don't want to waste any money on treatments that won't provide much help. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I'd say the treatments you've done might be the way to go, particularly if you've seen them give you good results. I've noticed when researching scar stuff that it can sometimes take a lot of treatments to get where you want to get. If it's been working, you can just keep on goin' and keep on getting more results. I'd suggest looking into combining your next treatments with PRP though.
