Hey all, I have lots of icepick scars around my mouth area, upper lip and chin, I've never microneedled before and I don't want to use a stamp and affect any of the areas in-between without scars, I was thinking of using single needles and I don't really think it's worth buying an electric pen when I could just use individual needles, I'm aware of the single needles attachments on the electric pens but I don't want to spend 200 when I could just buy lancets and see if I could restore some depth that way.
My questions:
1. How thin guage needle am I looking for?
2. Is there a way to make sure I needle the right depth?
3. How do I sterilise the needles from home?
This sounds scary and potentially harmful and I wouldn't do it if I were you. Get this done professionally with professional equipment. I'm literally shuddering thinking of you trying this by yourself. It's your face. Not much is more important. Get professional help with this.
