I initially had a black spot in the green part that I circled, then I pressed it because it looked like a small black stone and then left it free like that, will it disappear by itself because the mark has been on my face for more than 2 weeks and I feel embarrassed

Just looks like hyperpigmentation to me, so yeah, over time it should fade away if it's just that. For now, keep out of sun.
