Hello everyone.
I'm 24 yo male. So I ended up with some fairly fresh acne scars (2-3 months old) after severe cystic acne outbreak, possibly due to stress during my final exams at the uni, which also affected my lifestyle. Weirdly enough, only right side of my face was left with scars. I wanted to get some suggestions regarding possible treatment ideas. My dermatologist just brushed off my worries about scars (she told me they're not visible) and told me to get fractional CO2 laser if I'm so desperate. My current routine is simple: I use Mixa 50 SPF, cleanse once a week with a light cleanser. I don't get outbreaks, maybe 2 or 3 whiteheads once in 10-14 days and I use Acnatac to treat them. Thanks.
Something tells me TCA might help in this case.
And yes, fractional laser could also help.
TCA followed by laser is often a plan as well.
