Shyana, the following information was taken directly from their website:Acne Scars
AaA Introduce 302 regime as per 4 Step Introduction Instructions

AaA Laser or light therapy may also be helpful
AaA Avoid ALL acid based take home products (no glycolic, salicylic, lactic, etc.)
AaA Recovery varies, noticeable changes occur over 90 days in most cases
Thank you for your kind words as well Richard is such a helpful guy and he seems very interested in helping us all out. He isn't after the money, only a solution to this problem. This is quite the contrary to plastic and dermatologic surgeons who are in it for the money and will tell you anything to get you to pay. I have had several lengthy conversations with Richard and know he is genuinely interested in helping us out. It just feels so great to know there is someone out there with reasonable educational background on this willing to do research and actively pursue a cure.
BTW, another thing Shyana, Charlene from 302 (another nice person) insists that the reason the cleanser breaks people out is because they aren't washing it off completely. I posted a reply to this earlier in this thread. She advises using a washcloth to get it off completely with your face directly underneath the shower nozzle.
As far as my progress is concerned, so far so good. My skin tone and clarity are very good. My breakouts have ceased. However, I did catch a glimpse of my skin on the back of a CD mirror inside the car and my scars still look pretty severe. This will take time to improve he tells me. Of course, i've barely been using it a week and I haven't even tried the cleanser or several other things with it yet. It's far too early for me to judge results on the indentations. I have been using the Green Bar, A Booster and Protein Drops (Regular)so far. I have not tried the protein drops (clear) or the treatment cleanser as of yet as Richard is advising me to hold off until he can see how my skin reacts.

Healthysceptic
We aren't absolutely, positively sure the 302 will help with scars indefinitely. However, wouldn't you prefer to improve your scars non-invasively? For only 67 bucks (plus a guaranteed refund if dissatisfied) it is worth a try. What do you really have to lose? Besides, this is a new product that is still in test mode.
I was skeptical at first, but after talking with Richard, I know I will be compensated if I am dissatisfied with the results. I have realistic expectations when it comes to these things and am not building my hopes up too much.
I'm still using the protein drops, on week 2 and so far it's going good. What prompted me to buy this product is that it doesn't using any irritating acids and goes on the premise of regenerating cells without killing the top ones first. I have damaged my skin thru prescription topicals like corticosteroids and numerous others, I feel like the thick inflammation around two pitted areas is almost like a stretch mark on the skin and anything harsh will make it turn bright red and just irritate it. I've found this line of products to be nurturing to my skin and it is slowly helping the redness. I will stick with it for 3 months to see about the scars filling in. Really I feel like if it will help the raised areas around the pits lower a bit I will be much happier and probably be able to cover it with makeup better. Right now makeup just makes it look worse I've had these scars for over a year but they do look better than they first did. Just wanted to give an idea of my scar type, since I don't have pics. I will let you know the results in time.

The 3 photos of the girl with dramatic scar reduction ,I believe is not accurate because as a professional photographer, I can tell you that the three photos have 3 different types of light positioning, which greatly effect how the scars will appear in the final photo.
1) photo 1 has cross lighting which emphasizes the depths of the scars.
2) photo 3 has direct flat lighting which can make a scar invisible in a photo.
Pro photographers use this technique all the time in portraiture.
The photos would be much more convincing if the same lighting were used in all 3 photos. This would of been a honest represention.
I have not tried the 302 product, I am just offering this observation in the marketing photo examples.
athans, you make a good point about the lightin. i am by no means a professional, but i could see the cross versus direct lighting you mentioned. another interesting thing i noticed was that while photo 3 may have the most favourable lighting in terms of reducing scarring, there is a noticeable chickenpox type scar right above the woman's jawline. evidently, some form of scarring has shown up here. what do you think about it?

It still is all a guessing game as far as the efficacy on pits. I am weary too of before and afters and didn't give into trying this product based solely on that. I am trying this product because it was financially feasible. Plus, I am in a free study where I get to try out different new products and see how they work. It's not like i'm investing a ton of cash on this and really don't have anything at stake. I agree with the fact that we should all give it a fair chance. If it turns out to be elicina then we can let other people know about that. After all, we can't truly judge something's efficacy until we've personally tried it for ourselves.
This is the thing putz boy, look at my number of posts, and look at yours. I know what I am talking about based on similiar scams like this one. I have been here long enough to have seen these miracle cures come and go. Any "nice guy who cares about people" can make any claims. Can make up any sceince. Can doctor any photos.
The fact that you have more posts than me or anyone else means absolutely nothing. Richard Huber has only four or five posts, but he knows more about biochemistry and his product than someone like you who knows nothing. I know the results I'm seeing, and I don't have to justify anything to you. I would direct you to Richard's website to read the patent, but I'm sure you are too stupid to understand it. So keep posting away, since you think the number of posts you have makes up for your ignorance.

Just to clarify, those photos were not taken by the company. They were supplied by the client and according to the company, they did not retouch them. You can help diminish the appearance of scarring through lighting and position, but not to the extent as shown in the website. It would be great to have members post some pictures. Unfortunately, I am not skilled at using a digital camera. I will try to get hubby to take some after one month. But even then, the lighting and position is often hard to duplicate exactly in before/afters.
The company is not claiming this is a miracle cream that will cure everybody's scars. If you go back and read Richard Hubers first post explaining how this product works, he never claims that. In fact, he states that scars from chicken pox will not be repaired at all. But for "acne scarring", it is working on the source of the scarring, the calcified cross-linked fibers that create the pit or scar. It's a totally new approach to the problem of scarring. Richard is a biochemist specializing in the field of skin and bone regeneration. He has done it over 20 years. He has a patent on this 302 avocatin which is the key ingredient. It's not being marketed like a "typical" scam product. If it were, you'd see more advertising and alot more websites or ebayers selling it to try to make a quick buck.
I feel it has some validity through the animal clinical studies which were revalidated through human double-blind studies. And you cannot just dismiss all the positive results people are seeing as placebo effect or wishful thinking. The company offered free products to any members who wanted to be part of a subjective study. The results of this study will be helpful to people who are skeptical. No one on the board has used this product more than one month yet. Let's be fair and give it a chance to prove or disprove it's efficacy.
