Had some pretty bad cystic acne on my jaw the past couple of years until I finally decided to go on accutane. I finished accutane about a month ago and am dealing with a sever scar on the left side of my face. What can I do about it? It looks worse when I stretch my face out.

That is either hypertrophic or deeply tethered

I think a combination of both. It looks like keloid scarring that is deeply tethered.

You could get this to improve. I'm guessing a combo of maybe subcision and ablative laser or maybe even a punch excision. But can't be sure, and you need to be under the care of a really good doc for this.
