@john_smith-2 just found your thread while looking for advice on a similarly sized surgical scar I have between my eyebrows (also for a BCC!) and having read a bit about Dr Emil in other places. Did you do the fat graft with him, or with someone else? I'd be very grateful to hear a bit more as I think I'm essentially in the same position you were!
