Ok thank you @Sirius Leeand waiting until swelling goes down will still allow enough time to use it as SPACER ? I have bleeding issues and the chance of hematomas are worrisome so I would love to not have to suction much if at all.
thank u!

Again, scars don't attach overnight. So you'll be just fine for the next 2 weeks. If you're prone to bleeding, do not take aspirin or ibuprofen for 48 hours before the procedure. There are also other blood thinning food and supplements you need to be aware of like Ginger, Vitamin E, Gingko Biloba, etc.
Thank you @Sirius Leesorry for being a pain lol !
talking about fillers after treatment is interesting. my derm suggests me a "self-healing" filler + Picosecond for my next treatment so I'm browsing around and actually found quite many bad reviews (but i also think those with good result ones are seldom to share on internet hence the same procedures still used again and again for years or there's still no other better choice around)
Now, about the self healing filler, i made a post on separate thread to make it short
Honestly, if there's only still the HA fillers to be used, I would say a firm NO. somehow my logic runs with those who oppose fillers that fillers itself would create more bumpy textures and loose skin especially in long run. BUT i'm no expert also never try any type of filler. the one that intrigues me is this self-healing filler BUT long term results is still unknown. it uses purified salmon DNA which should be similar to our own as to minimize side effect. upon application, there won't be any instant change until 4-6 weeks of promoting OUR OWN skin cells to regenerate.
i feel many scars would be helped with fillers, it's just which type of fillers would be safe for majority and especially in the long run

You're right, slow and steady is the way to go and there is no downside to receiving treatments separately. In fact, I recommend you to get them on different dates. One major reason for this is swelling. Another reason is complication from nodules. After subcision, your face will be very swollen. How could you correctly inject fillers? It would be almost impossible. Also, with such swelling and possibly bruising, filler could potentially mask a buildup of nodule/infection. As such, I suggest you get the subcision first. Then wait 2 weeks before getting the filler. Micro can be done after 3 months. Since Rullan only uses the standard microneedling as opposed to RF micro, it shouldn't matter too much.
Filler is more of an art than science. Frankly, it's very hard to find a skilled injector. If you're lucky enough to find one, you should stick with that person as long as possible.
How do we know if the injector is skilled?

Not sure I completely understood the question.
If you meant by not knowing whom to go to, then I guess the best way is to ask around or check out good reference written sites like Yelp, etc.
If you're asking what defines skill, then I guess it largely rests on your own interpretation. Was the filler injected properly? Is there any sign of overcorrection? Is it aesthetically proportional, etc? In terms of acne scars, how much coverage did you get? I mean, you would know if it was pretty bad.
