What cream do you use that has both vitamins? Seems like you also saw the best results from choosing a deeper needle length and spreading out your treatments a bit more, which makes total sense.

Right now I use https://www.amazon.com/Life-Flo-Vitamin-Renewal-Cream-Ounce/dp/B00CJBB3EU and for Vitamin A a local cream made in Romania. I don't find a cream with both vitamin...maybe exist.

The needles must penetrate the base of the scar, I use 2.0 mm at home and I'm alive.

Hello Everyone
I am a 17 years old girl.I never had acne but because of medicines I used to take I got severe acne.Acne is gone now but I have red marks and a scar below my eyes. Its not deep but visible above the surface.I wanted to know if it can heal on its own or I have to take some medicines or any treatment.I am currently using an exfoliation cleanser,Vitamin d powder, and hyper pigmentation cream recommended by the doctor. It happened after pimple popped.Should I get demarolling or should I wait for sometime?

If you have to take such an extreme closeup where each individual pore is visible and then point out your scar with three red circles, I doubt this is noticable from a social distance. Don't do anything stupid and make this worse.

It is visible that's why it bothers. It is the only scar I have at the most visible place of my face.

It worked for me and I'm glad I never gave up after the first year in which I don't see any improvment. The patience is the key !

Were there any side effects.Should I get it done from a clinic?

Not a single side effect, do it at home.

Leave the scar untouched for 1 year and after that start needling with DERMASTAMP or DERMAPEN not dermaroller. Red marks and hyper pigmentation doesn't matter.

What is the difference between the three? Is it true that some scars heal themselves by time?

Red marks heal over time naturally (months - 1 year ?), scars probably never, hyperpigmentation yes with treatment.

Go for CO2 laser, the results are better and faster.
