This regimen is absolutely amazing.... I have been doing this for about a week and my redmarks have drastically been reduced, but i have had a few whiteheads come up but i think they're just coming to the surface.... But instead of using Bp(it irritates my skin) i use 100% aloe vera\ lotion mix........ And at night i use 100% aloe vera mixed with 100% vitamin e oil.... Vitamin E oil really does the trick, only prob is that its really sticky, so you cant rest the sides of your face on your pillow..... Wish me luck!! thanks delna i think you may have saved my life

Tried this the first time tonight. All I can say is it feels. so. freakin'. cool. Makes the skin feel awesome even after you wash it off. I'll report back after two more nights to tell of my findings.

This treatment was so great I had to join the message boards just so I could rave about it!! My pores look "normal" sized for the first time. Red marks from cystic acne have faded around 20% and I have only used this method for four days. The first night I used it I had to do a double take when I caught my reflection in the mirror - my skin looked so even toned and glowing!

If this does anything to reduce the old hyperpigmentation I have (from previous presciption topical treatments), I will FREAK OUT!!

Does anyone just use ACV in the morning and not at night? Is it too much to do that? I know that the instructions say to just use it in the morning, but I want to double attack my red marks.

I tried the egg white mask and it faded the red marks on my forehead by at LEAST 50%. This is awesome! This is just in one day. I am guessing in about a week or so they will be gone! Thanks alot for this!!

okay so i dont have any active pimples..havent had one in awhile (knock on wood!!) and it better stay that way :) but im having a problem with RED SCARS and these TINY SKIN-COLORED BUMPS all over my cheeks.. some say it might be closed comedones but im not sure wha t it is.. its all over my cheeks and a little bit on my forehead... my face looks so bumpy when i go out in the sun :( so im trying to get rid of these bumps and red marks..and it seems like this can help me out..but heres the question! i havent been using anything that has BP or SA in it for awhile and its been great... i am really scared to use SA or BP again because SA and BP are the ones that actually caused my acne.. (long story)... so i hope i can do this w/o using BP or SA?? would that work or no?? do i really have to use SA /BP along w/this regimen???

edited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!----------------

its milder but i read on page........i cant remember but ive spent 3hrs reading (im still not done) and someone named chitown or whatever had the worst break out because he didnt use SA or BP w/it... so im scared. hahaha

oh btw, can i use ACV twice (morning and night) but do once with baking soda (at night)??

Is there any long term users of this method? Preferably in the 2-3 month range that can give their feedback for this method?

A note about egg whites:

A few pages back, it was suggested to use the white directly from the egg as opposed to the whites in the carton at the grocery store.

But I have been using the whites from the carton and getting the same quality results. The carton is so much easier because I go through egg whites quickly. There are no additives in the brand I use. It just says 100% egg whites on the side.

I started this a few days ago

not sure if it's doing anything yet, except that the vinegar always makes my marks a bit darker for a while

having said that the bicarb soda and egg white mask do -seem- to help, but whether that will turn into long term, umm, 'progress', i've got no idea.

will update my gallery on here if it causes any improvement (or makes things worse) just to add to the evidence!

okay so.. ive been doing ACV (without baking soda) for a little bit over a week... then i added baking soda like two days ago..

before baking soda, i definately saw improvement on my red scars. it REALLY REALLY REALLY faded. like 50% lighter than it was before i started ACV regimen. but i dont know what it is, i dont think it is my "time of the month" yet but after i started using baking soda, i got 4 new pimples...weird thing is.. i got em on the area where i NEVER had acne before :(

i also mixed less water with ACV when i started using baking soda to exfoliate and boy, it REALLY hurt... on the 2nd day (baking soda+acv), i knew my skin was irritated and something was wrong. the next day which is today, my skin does not look good at all. its very red, ITCHY and irritated a little. my skin was getting better before i used baking soda so i definately wont recommend adding baking soda to anyone's regimen. but then again, my skin may be different from urs so give it a try if you want.

weird how some people said ACV alone didnt make a difference but it did once they added baking soda along...hmmm. o_0

OH!! and seriously, people, leave some comments/feedbacks(negative, positive, whatever it is) after u try this out... for those people who are hesitant to try this regimen.
