Can someone please answer my question?
I dont understand the evening part. How can you apply your acne cream and then after that apply the moisturizer. I mean it would be like mixing up two creams with different compositions and effects. That can't be good. Or maybe I didn't understand something here...
The acne cream part is optional. I don't do it
how is it optional if the original 1st post says "do not forget this step."
Sometimes it doesnt' make sense to ask "is it ok if I use this instead of what you use?" because she has NEVER tried it. I recommend if you try a regime that works for someone, try it 100% exact, to see if that works for you. Substituting things adds so many more variables.

I just modify the regimin according to my own skin condition. I have maybe one or two zits and a whole lotta red marks. So i dont need the acne cream. I dont believe in pre-made regimins as everyone's skin is sooo different. You need to do what's best for your skin and only you can decide that.
Peace
ok...adding my name to the hat here....my acne isnt usually that bad...I have my moments tho =/
its the red marks that I want to fade....Ive been on this regimen for about 3 days and it looks good so far....Im acne free and the moment and I bet I could get away with just some concealer to cover my fading red marks today =) that is something I wouldnt have dreamed of 3 days ago.
thanks Delna AND Dan!
Hi All,
This is no doubt one of the hottest topics on the forum.
I feel sorry for new people on the board, who must read all 59 oages of posts . I was thinking to start a new topic, so people can catch up.
Any hoo, back to me... has anyone found the egg mask, a) leaves there skin dry(it may jus be me as at the time i was using bp) b) makes it 2 tight?
Just wanted to say that I have been following this regimen since December 1st and it is working very well for me. I believe I had hormonal acne (just around the mouth) and I began this regimen but I spiced it up a bit and I currently have no zits. Just redmarks that are fading quite quickly. I started a new log in Personal Regimen Logs, so if you'd like more info please go and read it. If you have any questions I'd love to help....just PM me or write to me in my log
Hi, I'm somewhat new here, but I've spent the last half hour in this topic and reading and re-reading many posts. I was trying to collect all the information and try to build my own detailed step-by-step regimen. But I keep getting confused by so many questions and so many answers that keep repeating post after post. I was wondering if hidden somehere here is a very detailed set of instructions. By very detailed, I mean to the last detail such as how to mix the egg, how to apply the mask, should I use natural lemons/limes, when and how long to wait, how to store the products, should I create batches, can I use the regimen during breakouts, etc. As much detail as possible. If no set of instructions as detailed as i described exists, I was wondering if someone with more knowledge could compose one? I am willing to build one myself but I am just afraid I am not as knowledgable as someone else. I will keep looking and doing more research, If I can't find one and no one is willing to compose one, I will try to build one when I have more time and have gained more knowledge.
Hmm... I just got an idea. How about we start over? Start with the simple basic outlined steps. Then each person just add little bits of details onto the same set of instructions. And we keep adding until we get a really detailed regimen. Would that be a good idea?
Well... I used to have perfect skin...But I don't know what happend that suddenly my skin start to break out. Right know I hate to go out in public during the day...and no mention I can't leave my house without make up...not even to do the laundry...I feel so bad...because everybody that I now used to think of me having perfect skin...So I think that if I have tried everything I am going to try this know....It sounds very interesting...and if it's helping you it might help me ...Let you know the results....
Are any UK users doing this regime?
If so, does anyone know where we can get ACV (apple cider vinegar) from, as ASDA doesnt seem to have it.
Someone help if they can?
Godbless
Kieran.
You should be able to get it in ASDA. look where the vinegar is stored and it should just be labbeled as "Cider vinegar"
I have got it from Tesco's and morrisons and seen it in other supermarkets. I think in Tescos it was 74p for a bottle of 500ml of it so go there if no joy in asdas.
Hey all,
I've been reading this topic for the last couple of days, not all 59 pages though.
I got a couple of questions:
Is it the bs and acv that lightens the red marks,or is it the egg mask that lightens red marks?
I ask because I keep hearing that although the egg mask may give you good results at first,in the long run it's not good for your skin at all.
Is this true?
Thanks everyone.

Judging from everything I've read, it's the eggwhite mask that lightens red marks. I think the baking soda is just to exfoliate, and the vinegar is to neutralize the basicity (is that word?) of the baking soda. I've been doing all three things for about 4 days now, but I realized that I don't need the baking soda and vinegar. So I'm going to stop those and just do the eggwhite mask for awhile, and see what kind of results I get.
Where did you hear that the eggwhite mask isn't good for your skin in the long run?

On some health site,I think it was [Removed] but not totally sure.
For those of you have been using the eggwhites mask for at least a month or two, what are your experiences with it?
Hey, this is my first post. I've had acne on/off for about 7 years noew. Basically from my preteen up to my present teenage age now. I've been inclined to use this procedure, I'm just afraid I'll ruin my skin or somthing, has anyone had bad experiences with this thing? I desperatly want to rid of my red marks. I also have very pinkkish/reddish skin (depending on the lighting) from blackheads on my nose and from sunburns over the years(I now fully protect myself). SO my other question is that does this help with the overall couloring of the skin or just the red marks? My acne isn't bad now, after a lot of ups and downs, it seems under control. Normally, I would consult with my dermatologist but I don't have an appiontment until April. So can anyone answer this questions? Thank you
Wow, this looks effective, considering the amount of posts.
I have very few pimples right now, but I do have these ugly brownish purplish marks from previous acne. They don't seem to fade, and I hate them!!!
I'm planning on trying this thing out, but I have a quesiton: since I don't have access to Apple Cider Vinegar (I'm living off a small USA Commisary in Europe), is there anything else I can use in place of that? Like lemon or something?
Thanks.
Too bad it takes like 4 hours to do every mnring and night.
4 hours? hardly. just keep a box of baking soda handy in your bathroom cabinet, you can mix the baking soda and water right in your hand. or, if you prefer, keep a tupperware container around. i took an old juice bottle and kept my ACV mix in my cabinet to use. easy.
Hi, new here Delna, it seems your routine works well for people w/ red marks. My question is I have olive skin and use to have the best complextion, but now in my early 20's my face has exploded for some reason. Not so much as break-outs but when I do get a pimple its a large one the forms deep under my skin, like a really hard core and most the time it hurts to touch it. I try not to squeeze it because 1 it hurts and 2 nothing comes out it just gives me a red/brown/brusing mark on my face. And if I leave it alone it never comes to a head, it just stays there and I have what looks like a lump under my skin. I have brown marks on my skin now especially on my chin, upper lip, and forehead. Do you think this treatment would help me, I tired of being embarrased and feeling eyes on me. Sor for the long post all, its my first one. Can anyone help
