Hi everyone. I'm trying this regimen but I'm not sure whether I can use Tretinoin Cream (Retin-A). So would it be okay to be using both? Thanks in advance.

sorry, I'm a newbie here. I read so many regiments that I don't know what to use. I already bought the 30% glycolic acid off ebay today. Is there any advise on what moisturizer I should use? One that does not increase your change of getting more breakouts.

And, how do you exactly apply baking soda on your face? do you just put the powder on there? or do you mix it with water?

Emu oil moisturiser seems pretty popular here.

Just wet your hands and pour some bake soda onto them and rubs your hands together until its a somewhat paste. Add extra water to your hands if necessary.

Hi All, I have been using this regime for 3 weeks, it does fade the marks faster, but my forehead and cheeks started to have a lot of milia... they keep on growing... I wonder whether it has anything to do with baking soda or ACV? Anything has the same problem of this?

I didn't have this problem before, and my pimples stop growing already. But now new thing -> milia... I wonder what has caused this happen.

Heyy...if baking soda causes MILIA..then what should we do? I think id rather have slighty dented scars than MILIA. Any suggestions? Maybe we should all narrow it down with the baking soda. /=

Hi hayantoki,

Sorry it took so long. I get my 3% salicylic acid from www.platinumskincare.com. I use that every day and once a week or so use a 30% glycolic acid peel after the 3% salicylic acid peel. The SA acts as a beta hydroxy acid and lets the glycolic penetrate deeper in the skin resulting in a better overall peel when you use both together.

I also use SA 15% once per week. All of these peels, SA, Glycolic, TCA, Lactic work interchangeably and are best for the overall skin appearance if used in this manner.

Hope this helps!

Anne Marie smile.gif

where do you get your salicylic acid peel? does anyone kno how you an fit that in with a weekly cycle of usin glycolic peel also? or should i just stick with one?

i would like to know about the salicylic peel!~ biggrin.gif

i've been using baking soda as a scrub and ACV diluted w/ aloe vera gel for awhile now...my skin always seems so much calmer when i use it than when i don't. i've also started using straight egg white masks, and i've noticed improvement. i really want to try adding lemon to my mask...but i recently had an allergy test and i found out i'm allergic to lemons! would it be unsafe to put lemon juice on my face then? or is it only bad when i take lemon internally? also...i tried putting lime juice on my face a week or so ago...and i got a really weird scaly/dry skin rash thing on my chin. but i also triep BP and aloeguard that week so it could've been either of those that caused it. i stopped the lime, bp, and aloeguard and went back to using natural stuff like aloe and acv and my skin is looking much better and the rash is gone. but i really want to try the lemon for my many red marks! what do u guys think??
