Good to see you back Delna. Here in England, Superdrug do a moisturiser with Vitamin E added. It doesn't say non-comeogenic but I has never broken me out and when I started using it, the entire regimen really came together and the results were great!

For now, I've stopped the ACV and baking soda. Seems a bit of a waste of time for me since the acne I get isn't usually due to uncleansed skin or clogged pores.

what's the moisturiser called? i'm now making a list of all the "ingredients" i need so naming good products from uk shops sound grand‚  biggrin.gif

gawd i set out intending to read the whoooole of this thread, and got to page 14 (took about 1 hour!) until i realised there were 43 pages....‚ ‚  eusa_doh.gif

i heard all about the toner naturally bleaching your skin, but wouldn't your face look a bit odd if it's lighter than the rest of your body?‚  eusa_eh.gif

Hi All, I have been using this regime for 3 weeks, it does fade the marks faster, but my forehead and cheeks started to have a lot of milia... they keep on growing... I wonder whether it has anything to do with baking soda or ACV? Anything has the same problem of this?

I didn't have this problem before, and my pimples stop growing already. But now new thing -> milia... I wonder what has caused this happen.

actually the same thing happened to me and I got milias and bumps under my skin near my chin and a bit up the sides of my face so I don't use baking soda anymore...it got better but still there are some left

First I thought that it wasn't because of the baking soda but now that you also experience this it makes me me believe it was!

How long should i expect to wait to see results? I have only been doing it for a week but so far nothing. I know that it may take a month or so, but was just wondering how quickly people saw results and how dramatic they actually were? any replies would be greatly appreciated. x

I started this regimen recently, and my skin is a little red, dry and my pores look bigger, not smaller. I used all the components: baking soda, apple cider vinegar and the egg white/lemon mask, I didnt leave anything out, and I started off with small, careful amounts to lessen irritation. I dont have super sensitive skin, but this still happened. Did anyone else experience these symptoms of minor irritation before this regimen started smoothing and evening out the skin tone?

I tried to read the whole post but I couldnt find anyone saying they really got slightly red or dry from this. Everyone said they got smooth, hydrated, radiant skin and the redness went away. I've only used this a couple of days, maybe it will go away soon. Thanks guys, you all are awesome.

PS-

I use Dan's BP gel and it works great but I have lots of red marks. I really hope this regimen doesnt make me break out more, I dont think it is so far. Did this make anyone break out more while using it with Dans bp gel?

Hi. What type of cleanser are you using?AA I had the same problems until I switched to Dove bar soap (for Sensitive Skin).AA

Whatever you do tho, just stick with it for about a month - that's how long it took me to see results and now im extremely happy with the progress!!

anybody else experience milia? i think that's what's appearing on my chin. they're tiny red bumps with a yellow top (a couple) the size of a pin. I've used the ACV and have been taking 6000mg Vitamin C, Vitamin A 20,000 (just cut down to 10,000) the past 4 days. ACV i only used once plus i was just getting over my period when they 1st appeared, the tiny bumps. Otherwise my skin looks fantastic!!!

Anybody else with the tiny bumps? Could it be the vitamin uppage??? I'm also doing acid peels. Maybe i'm doing too much. Any thoughts???

Update: WOW!!!! This by far the most incredible regimen I have ever used! My skin is smooth, less red, clearing up amazingly, radiant and red marks are fading FAST. I love this regimen! I'm using it with Dan's regimen, which keeps me clear but prolongs my red marks, and this certainly does the trick. I am going makeup free today, and its only been a few days on Delna's regimen. Thanks Delna, and everyone else for your advice on this post! I will post more updates, and if things keep going this well, before and after pics in a month or so, to show the world how great Dan+Delna is for my skin!

ps- Dan and Delna would make a great acne.org couple, dont you think? They are both my heroes! and they would have cute, clear-skinned children! haha sorry I couldnt resist! ahh I am such a dork... eusa_angel.gif

annemarie: Yes, you might be doing too much. also, youre not even following Delna's regimen, so you can't really base your progress on how progress on Delna's regimen should go. You are only using ACV, and her regimen is ACV, Baking Soda (you need both of them to balance your skin's ph levels - baking soda is basic and acv is acidic, use both for better results!) and the egg white/lemon mask. Try sticking to her regimen only for a week or so, I promise youll thank yourself!!

Hi California!

Thanks for your reply. I started to cut down a little bit with all the acid products one after another. Last night I did the egg white/lemon mask and WOW AGAIN! My skin is more even-toned, brighter, softer and the red marks faded big time! My mom looked at my skin this morning and said "WOW, that egg mask is unbelievable, your skin is all one tone, you look great!"

This morning i used green tea soap instead of my glycolic 10% wash and didn't use my glycolic 15% cream, instead I just used emu oil and eucerin moisturizer spf 15. I think that made a big difference.

My tiny pimples from the other day are gone!!!! The baking soda feels sooooooooo amazing on my skin too! WOW to Delna!!!! You go girl!!! eusa_clap.gif

I'm curious.. how do you use Dan & Delna regimen?

1. Wash face normally

2. Apply Baking Soda

3. Rinse

4. Wait 10 min for skin to dry

5. Apply ACV

6. Wait 10 min, then rise off

7. Wait 10 min, then apply BP

Like that? Wow I gotta wake up early if I want it every morning then...
