I've been trying this for 2 days now and I noticed that the dark spots are fading. Probably, it's just my mind playing a trick. I'm pessimistic about his treatment and still feel that I'm going to break out badly and keep searching for new bumps while sleeping, but haven't found any new ones. My instinct says to just keep doing it, so for once I'm going to listen to it. Will post a reply after a week to let you guys know. eusa_pray.gif

Delna, I dunno if this has been answered already, but is the baking soda neccessary? I've been skipping this step altogether but should I really do it?

Delna,

Do you know how to balance the tone of your skin if it is red and sensitive? Should Alpha Hydroxy Acid lotion be used, for example? My boyfriend wants to send me to a spa for advice, but I wanted to ask you first. By the way, I have pale, Nicole Kidman fair, skin.

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how long you can keep the ACV solution before making another batch or does everyone just mix the AVC and water nightly? I have made a solution and kept it in the medicine cabinet but I wasn't sure how long it would last.smile.gif Thanks!

delna,

Does this help reduce the amount of oil your face produces? Does it help the red marks for people with oily skin?

Also, how many of you use BP with your regime? I've heard from many that BP prolongs your redmarks, so wouldn't it sort of defeat the purpose?

Thanks for the compliments:) I asked a frieng who is a bio major and he said that if the vinegar is mixed 1:10 as I have been doing it might be best to mix every other night or so as some bacteria could grown in it. Straight vinegar is too acidic for anything to grow but mixing might be a problem. Just in case anyone else is wondering-that is his opinion. I have noticed that I as startign to break out more lately so I made another mixutre (the other was two weeks old). It may have nothing to do it with though-I've just gotten paranoid about breaking out now. smile.gif

Hello, I have tons of questions because I have LITTLE idea of this regimen. I just moved to Canada from Asian country... so this whole thing is new to me.

2. Baking Soda? Is it the one you use for cooking? The one I can get in supermarket?

3. apple cider vinegar? Um.. does this mean I have to buy apples, squash them, then apply it to my face? (Ok this sounds stupid but this is the only thing that pop into my head >_<)

7. lastly, the egg mask. I break the egg, take 1 tablespoon of the whitish liquid, add some lemon, then mask it over my face? take it off after 10 min?

These ways are not the usual ones.. but i'm really desparte to get rid of the red marks sad.gif

Please help ^^
