For QuirkyFox or anyone who has tried the Genuine Dermaroller -
I actually found the Genuine Dermaroller at 1.5-2.0 mm for sale in Japanese drug/beauty stores. I'm not thinking of trying it home but I'm curious to know what you think of the topicals, like the Lipopeptides, HA serum and moisturizer. Are you using the ones recommended for the The Dermaroller? If so, do you like them?
Inspired the only 2 scientifically proved topicals to work for dermarolling are retin a and vit c just my opinion but everything would be a waste maybe except cooper peptides

oh and btw i highly highly doubt this store is selling you the real deal i am almost certain it will be a fake copy its made in Germany the genuine ones
If the Genuine DermaRollers being sold in Japan are fake, then they're damn good ones. You can get the fake cheap ones in Japan too on auctions sites for $14-$20 but the quality is different and they're not sold by large drug/beauty stores. The Genuine DermaRoller line of products is also being sold online in Japan by quite a few shops. Here's one example store with a variety of needle lengths:
Here's the 1.5mm in that store:

Unfortunately, I haven't found the same maker's Dermastamp in Japan. I would buy it if I could find it. I can only find cheap ones on Japanese auction sites. Most of the auction sellers are located outside of Japan, and sell random knock-offs & cheap products. Makes me kind of nervous.
If you search Yahoo.co.jp, you can find The Genuine Dermaroller for sale all over. Many things that are not sold OTC in the USA can be found in Japanese drug stores. You can even buy some drugs OTC in Japan that are controlled substances and prescription only in the USA. You buy them because it's not illegal or regulated in Japan.
ADD-ON
Just read that site's about information, and apparently they are a private import agency and can import the items on someone's behalf if it's for personal use. You get around pharmaceutical laws and import regulations/fees by making the purchase a personal import. You are not allowed to resell or gift any item to someone else. Looked at another store, and same thing. Looked at another one, and they appear to ship from within Japan, so I don't know what to think. Products look legit but I guess it's possible that they're not and someone has copied the DermaRoller line.

I will let you know if I find the stamp or dermapen for sale. I know they're offered at clinics but haven't found them for sale. Oddly, I did find authentic Restylane for sale. Like the dermaroller, you're able to import it legally for personal use, so it comes directly from one of Restylane's suppliers to you. Very strange that they'd allow that. Perhaps, it's only a matter of time before the stamp and dermapen catch on and become popular enough with consumers for someone to offer it. Even if they did offer it, I don't know if you'd be able to order from outside Japan.
