Red horrible acne scars left over from cystic acne (accutane)

I have had 6 fractal laser treatments and they have done hardly anything

Just want it gone so i can get rid of my anxiety in public and get on with my life

mostly ditched but when i rub my finger over one (left in picture) it feels raised

any suggestions on what treatment i could do next and any way of getting rid of the redness?

To get rid of the redness I would recommend the Vbeam laser treatment.

started the lasers 11 months after i finished accutane

I would suggest my experienced cream because i can not recommend any product which i have not tried on myself. Therefore, i would suggest you to try invicible scars on them.

There is no cream in the Universe to heal acne scars.
