i dont belive the fourth pic got results from co2
from traditional co2 or fractional? I believe the results are possible from fractional.
from both. I i think he got somehting else done. maybe intracel who knows
I'm not sure about Intracel. Here's a study that came out of Japan on Intracel:

Personally, I don't think you can get that kind of improvement to deep scarring from Intracel. Perhaps, it's possible after 6-10+ treatments. I'm leaning towards Fraxel Repair with picture 4, but it's hard to say. I think Repair offers better improvement to rolling scars.
I'd like really to know the source of the photo though. I will definitely post it if I find any information.

intracel shows good improvement on ice pick scarring. i think its less then 6 - 10 treatments for good improvement. unless the 4rth guys photo was photoshopped , it would be nice to know what he had done. on the web site it says he had co2 laser but that dont look like laser results. his after photo doesnt look like he had layers taken off and he has no redness at all which is weird becuase laser guarentees you to have redness after treatment for up to multiple months after...
I found the source of photo #4:

Laser is Affirm Co2. Don't know anything about it.
The doctor charges a $450 consultation fee (wow!) and doesn't have the best rating on realself.
