I'm going to try this. I have been using manuka oil which is fantastic, but emu oil is a lot cheaper. Going to go with Koru Naturals on Amazon.

Does emu oil make red marks darker before they get lighter? I've been using it for a week now, leaving it on overnight, and my marks seem to be significantly darker. I was wondering if it had an exfoliating effect which would see the marks become darker first, as with other exfoliants.
