Look up Bulgarian Derm's old posts:

A) Stimulate the adult bone marrow to produce more stem cells.

B) Have the bone marrow release these stem cells into the blood.

C) Extract blood that contains an abnormally high amount of stem cells (due steps (A) and (B)).

D) Inject into scar tissue.

E 1) Utilize TGF b-3 to regulate stem cells, fibroblasts, etc during healing. GF ratio balance: (TGF b-3 >>> TGF b-1 & TGF b-2)

E 2) Utilize IL-10 to regulate healing. IL ratio balance: (IL-10 >>> IL-6 & IL-8)

E 3) Utilize the VEGF growth factor from the cytokine family to regulate healing through increased angiogenesis and vascular permeability.

E 4) Upregulate MMP-9 gene expression.

So, what does all this mean? How can this treatment be implemented in the 'real world' using readily available substances?

- Bone marrow stem cells can be stimulated with Stem Cell Factor (SCF) and G-CSF (Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor).

- G-CSF comes in a drug called Lenograstim.

- At certain doses, Lenograstim can build up your peripheral blood stem cells to very high levels. It basically promotes stem cell production in the bone marrow followed by an accelerated release of these cells into the blood.

- Extraction of the blood and re-injection into scar tissue becomes even more effective with the abnormally high number of stem cells caused by the treatment with Lenograstim.

- Injection of bacteriostatic liquids containing substances E 1 to E 3 will enhance/regulate the behaviour of stem cells at the site of injection.

- The stem cells injected into scar tissue will release various growth factors that will attract other stem cells that are circulating in high concentration within the bloodstream.

- Cyclophilin A can be administered to upregulate MMP-9 expression.

If I remember right someone purchased this paper:

just one more question: did they change the original formula? are there any difference in formulation between the mice study and the pigs study?

I got it if anyone interested. It'd be great if you help me to understand this paper.

Oh, dang... The doctor said me no. But it changes nothing though. I know where I can order CAR-DCN, GHK-Cu and HA, and probably I know where I can order the hydrogel, but I need a simple instruction how to synthesise it. My English ain't so good to understand this paper. You guys are my last hope. That's what I need:

a) a list of ingredients (with links if it is possible)

b) a simple instruction how to cook it

Thank you all.

Was watching terminator genisys where they actually showed scarless healing. Any ways here is my upcoming scar treatment protocol.

Subcision with fat stem cells + PRP followed by needling with recell after few months. Shouldn't cost more than 8000 USD.

FYI:

http://www.ultimatelifestylist.com/revolutionary-spray-skin-transforms-lives/

http://www.skincora.com/pr/

COMPLETE BULLSHIT. ZENITH IS A SCAM. THEIR RECELL PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER ARE ALL TAKEN FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES AND ARE CRAP.

I TAKE BACK THE PROTOCOL I ADVISED. YOU WON"T EVEN GET 5 PERCENT IMPROVEMENT THROUGH RECELL AND FAT AND ALL THAT CRAP. IT WON'T WORK. I KNOW.

Binga, recell alone is 10k usd.

Stem cell fat is around 3-5 k

Fat is 2500 - 3500.

https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.594747733888643.1073741829.148514725178615&type=3

Recell is 3500-5000 in europe.

http://aust-aesthetik.de/en/anti_aging.php?subnav=recell

This is all marketing BULLSHIT. The fat in that transfer will dissipate within 1 week. Those pics were clearly taken within the first day or week of surgery when there was inflammation present. All that fat will dissipate and the patient will be left even worse off with worse hollows and bumps in her cheeks. Does nothing to reduce or regenerate scars and neither does the RECELL. It's all bullshit. Take surgical quality before and after pictures with exact same pose, lens, lighting, angle etc. to really show a before and after --if not it's manipulated. Stop spamming with this crap that doesn't work.

Why no one mentions this research?

The research has been conducted by the People's Liberation Army General Hospital in Beijing, China, and the paper was published in 2013 in a well-known international peer-reviewed magazine.

The best part is that the paper explicitly claims that during the experiment they managed to successfully restore both epidermis and dermis and all skin appendages in mice - hair follicles, sebaceous glands, and sweat glands in a full thickness skin wound that was 10 mm in diameter, so it is an amazing breakthrough! I mean everybody knows that those complex 'structures' do not normally grow out of the scar tissue.

Here you go again, adding nothing of value to this thread. At this point I would have banned you from the thread if I was a moderator. I however am not one so you will likely continue to post. I shall put you both on my ignore list.

But it isn't a problem. I keep reading the papers over and over again, I use a translator and I'm getting understand them. I'm close. Good luck to you with you scar-fre healing. I'm gonna try to get mine soon.

And Lapis, stop spam about our "spamming".

I wonder why my friends to whom i told about my issue with scarring replied to me that people who think of such simple problem are losers.. i hate them

:D

Are you the guy from Spain, Maldition? :D So how's your life? :) Where do you live, in which part of Spain, in which city? I've never been to Spain, but I heard it's a beautiful country, I will go there soon, I hope. Are you doing something or studying or what? When you were born, 1986?

Unlike him who is pessimistic, im quite optimistic about future, although reasticaly it maight be a far away future

The dermal layer is thick. I don't think that my scars are deeper than dermal layer.

I think the best solution so far :

1. Sirnaomics stp705

2. Nanoparticles scaffold fidgetin like 2 ( FL2)

3. Dextran hydrogel

4. Sheep virus

5. Wharton jelly MSC

Damn, why they cannot describe the whole process of cooking? They were prepared and confirmed

according to our previously published article. Now I need to buy at least 2 more papers :(

That's all I got at this point (the list of the ingredients):

Dextran (Dex) (MW 70,000)

Allyl Isocyanate (I don't kniw which one I need)

Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) (again, I don't know)

Dibutyltin Dilaurate (DBTDL)

2-Bromoethylamine Hydrobromide

Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) (MW 4,000)

Triethylamine

Acryloyl Chloride

Benzene

2-hydroxy-1-[4-(hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]-2-methyl-1-propanone

I might miss something. Check it, please.

This thread has been going on for years and a lot of intelligent people posting here! I had about everything done to my skin and thousands of dollars later not much has worked! I might as well as gave my money to Rev. Peter Popoff for all it was worth and hoped for the miracle cure! Until something actually works I am stating on the sidelines and saving my money. The best results I had was with supercop from skin biology. It won't make your scars go away but it tightens the face to make look like they do. Testosterone is the reason why we get acne! The best to treatments for severe acne is Accutane and Spironlatone. If something like scarless healing is found it will take years for the USA FDA to approve it. Could take your chance in another country though. I am not high tech....just telling you the truth!

The regenerated skin demonstrated characteristics of uninjured skin.

That's pretty cool.

I do. We've already figured it out. Rete ridges, epidermis and so on and so forth. Do you remember?
