Rudy, how do your scars look? Are they skin colored or not? Are there follicles? Are they shiny?

My scars look exactly like my profile picture. Some of them are red, and no follicles

I don't get it why my scars have follicles. Sometimes I get pimples inside them.

Well, it's true that a person with for instance multiple sclerosus would happily trade with you. I guess that's where they are coming from; they think that it's purely a cosmetic issue that someone can get over if one simply tried. And in some cases, it's like that. But for many people it causes genuine mental distress which can't be seen as easily on the outside. Show them some patience.

In any case, this is becoming like the "Emotional and psychological" section of the forum and that's not good. That's not what this thread is for. Please try to refrain from posting this way in this thread. There's another section where you can post like this all you want. If you and Roach support each other in this way, why not do it via private messages? Or better yet seek each other out in real life as I understand you both live in Kazachstan.

I'm starting to wonder if some of you guys are seriously mentally handicapped? Even if you don't go outside, try to find a goddamn hobby. Or visit a psychologist, but crying here will lead to nothing. NOTHING. There will be no magical fairy that makes your scars dissapear if you just cry hard enough. Seriously, stop making a mess out of this thread that usualy had a useful purpose.

Was watching terminator genisys where they actually showed scarless healing. Any ways here is my upcoming scar treatment protocol.

Subcision with fat stem cells + PRP followed by needling with recell after few months. Shouldn't cost more than 8000 USD.

your plan looks good , but why you needs recell here ? !! , i think it's will be highly helpful only in case of "deep" resurfacing treatments (co2 laser or dermabression ), look at these results http://www.realself.com/review/vadodara-india-scar-removal-41-year-subcision-fat-transfer-cheeks# ( subcision + fat graft ) and it's only cost 300$ in India !!

any way , i hope you all the best ..

Laser/Dermabrasion is a very harsh treatment. Needling can produce same results.

In this link you can see really tough facial scars and they got a great improvement, most of your acne scars and pockmarks are ridiculous and might be improved with present treatments, stop crying and do something.

Ok, increasing of TGF-3 is good for a wound healing. I know how to inhibit TGF-1 and TGF-2 without affecting TGF-3, but how to increase TGF-3 production?

How about this?

http://www.biosupply.co.uk/growth-factors/761-tgf-b3-human.html

Also, does anyone know what level of TGF-3 is needed?

C'mon guys. I have a really chance to do the big procedure and get scar-free healing inside my country. My doc still read the papers and I'm gonna give him on Friday the paper that Rudy posted.

UPD:

Scientists have identified the part of decorin that inhibits TGF-beta-1 and TGF-beta-2. It is a sequence of 9 amino acids (CARSKNKDC abbreviations) that works even better than native decorin. Maybe there is a little part of TGF-beta-3 that helps in a wound healing. If so, I can order it in a laboratory.

This is the sequence of TGF-beta-3:

ALDTNYCFRN LEENCCVRPL YIDFRQDLGW KWVHEPKGYY ANFCSGPCPY LRSADTTHST VLGLYNTLNP EASASPCCVP QDLEPLTILY YVGRTPKVEQ LSNMVVKSCK CS.

Help me to find any information please. I'm a bad googler...
