What had been debunked by the paper, seabs135, is the fact that they state burn wound results might differ from acute wounds..

But i agree with you for most cases..

Rudy, they state in the paper they have not tested it on acute wounds, only on full thickness wounds; they have also not debunked anything with regards to acute wounds... They also state that they may appropriate some resources in the future with regards to testing acute wounds.

Acne scars are categorized as acute wounds, right seabs135?

And do you think which is worse, full thickness or acute wounds and what about the the results, which will be better, full thickness or acute?

Acne scars, are scars, not wounds, and can be categorised in different ways, they could be keloids and so on. Again, my answer here is simple, if something is proven to get complete regeneration - do it...

Does "scarless" mean only scar-free regeneration or it can mean minimizing scar tissue formation?

???

Btw, what if we inject decorin around the wound?

And one more idea. What if take the dermal layer behind the ear, next excise the scar and put the dermal layer right there. They should grow together. There will be blood vessels, nerves, and whatnot. And also we will apply CACIPLIQ20.

who knows? try it out and tell us the result

Scarless is an ambiguous term. Never use it

It regenerates tissue with hair follicle

Decorin is another promising approach.

What I like is we can combine a lot of the stuff together to get better results.

It seems we're getting closer and closer... You feel that?

We ARE getting closer and closer every day. In and of itself. :)

That was 5 years ago. I wonder if it's easier now to produce large quantities of decorin.

I know that GHK-Cu also increases decorin.

5 years and no progress has been made at all on decorin.

One step closer:

http://www.theverge.com/2015/6/4/8730453/rat-limb-biolimb-regeneration-decellularization

The researcher says it's at least a decade before human limbs are ready for testing, but that's still great news.... This is the entire limb after all; bone, blood vessels, tendons, muscles...

What I'm worrying about is multiple scarring and wide scars. They are difficult to treat.

I can't tell to what extent you are being sincere. But when you have acne scarring people don't see you that way. You might feel/think they do but that's just because you are insecure/afraid.

You've got to give people some credit. Many people will be offended if you were to say to their face that you think they see you and think "What a monster".

That's not good. Once again, you are missing out on things while there is no need. Your acne scarring doesn't get in between you and relationships with women. It's your insecurity. You can only do so much about your scars (at the moment) but your attitude you can work on. If you were to lose the negative attitude you'll find that there are plenty of opportunities to meet/date women. I'm assuming you'd rather be out there dating women than being inside watching Teenage mutant ninja turtles.

Why does it seem like this thread goes no where. You guys here are waiting for some miracle cure, while people are finding success with things like subcision and suction in the other threads. Is it like the same 5 people talking about this?

Not hating, just wondering how this is constructive.

I'm not waiting on a miracle cure. I got laser treatments. I'm not living in the future. So if it's concern that you're expressing, just know that I'm not in for any kind of rude awakening.

I do derma stamping, single needling, subcision + suction, ultrasound treatment + HA, massage + HA. I apply tretinoin, GHK-Cu, vitamin C, MSM cream, contractubex. I take vitamin C, vitamins B, zinc, serrapeptase, nattokinase, MSM, aminoacids, and so on and so forth. But it will never give my skin back which I so much want. Scar-free healing isn't a miracle. We're close.

BTW, who's a smoker? I smoke about 40 cigarettes a day. I can't get out of it :(

I can't... You don't even know how my face look. I'm ugly.

@giselle: im sure that they will find a cure soon too. About prp, i have never tried them. Girls will most likely avoid boys with scars in most cases. You may say to cheer us up, but reality is reality. Girls despise boys with scars
