It was mentioned very recently by me. You remember the bold statement?

Yes, I remembered. I will try to find some PDFs and show them to the dock.

Guys, nobody will treat your scars. You have to do what I'm gonna do. Look for a doctor who will do it. Otherwise you have to wait a very long time.

I found this article tonight. But it's in Russian.

http://medpro.ru/news/razrabotan_metod_polnogo_izbavleniya_ot_rubtsov

The title said something like "A method for complete removal of scarring."

They use electric fields. Anybody know about it?

Of course, it won't heal our scars, but it can help a bit.

It's something very different than scarless healing and therefore isn't really of interest to anyone who already has scarring. The electric field therapy aims to do certain things without creating scars. But the people who post on this forum already have scars.

But there they said that it kills cells and grows new scarless tissue instead. Why is it not scarless healing?

Aha, I see it now. I didn't catch that in the other text you posted a link to.

It's really cool how there are so many things being worked on! :)

Lapiz do you think our body retain its original shape in some kind of memory? I mean does scar make our body forgot its original form?

If it so, why do scars form at all? Our body would restore the original shape if it has memory.

The body prioritizes survival. It just wants to avoid infection of the wound so closing it as fast as possible is what it aims for and that's achieved by formation of scarring.

An Australian woman (who's name escapes me) is researching right now if the "shape" is stored in the brain. I've posted a link to a video in which she speaks of this pages back. I'll see if I can repost it.

It was Fiona Wood. Here's a link to a page with a link to that video I mentioned:

What had been debunked by the paper, seabs135, is the fact that they state burn wound results might differ from acute wounds..

But i agree with you for most cases..

Rudy, they state in the paper they have not tested it on acute wounds, only on full thickness wounds; they have also not debunked anything with regards to acute wounds... They also state that they may appropriate some resources in the future with regards to testing acute wounds.

Does "scarless" mean only scar-free regeneration or it can mean minimizing scar tissue formation?

Btw, what if we inject decorin around the wound?

And one more idea. What if take the dermal layer behind the ear, next excise the scar and put the dermal layer right there. They should grow together. There will be blood vessels, nerves, and whatnot. And also we will apply CACIPLIQ20.
