I hope they offer a Spray-On version of this DH when it comes out for Veterinarian Use. Kind of Like Vetericyn. That stuff is amazing at healing chronic wounds that don't normally heal on their own. Bloodwar44 Please stop trolling... Hydrogel is nothing new. The approach/formula used to create this form of Hydrogel is. They tested it against a control and you can bet your #$% they did it several times over before welcoming investors in and moving on to the porcine model.

dont know even know why you guys with freaking pimple marks would be suicidal. IF you were burnt in a mishap or got acid poured on your face or something it would be more ok....
its actually kind of your faults for not getting treatment for the pimples earlier...things like pimples don't happen and leave scars overnight you know... It takes months and years of acne to cause really bad scarring. if you just ignored and didn't go to a doctor....what excuse could you have??
for me it was just an instant , one night and everything was messed up because some drunk driver was irresponsible.

I was in an accident too. Got lauched off of my bike at a high speed.
It's difficult to process a thing like this. Took me years to get to the point I am today where I hardly ever think about my scar.
Been suicidal too in the past but it wasn't just due to the effects of the accident. I also hardly ever think of suicide today.
Certain things when they are taken away, it's terrible and tragic. Ultimately you have to make a choice where you either embrace your situation and play the hand you've been dealt the best way you can or you don't. And to get to that point usually takes people a long time.

anyway my body has burns here and there too, what is hydrogel going to do for me. if they have to excise all the burnt skin...man thats like skinning me alive , full thickness to boot
it will be very expensive.... the thing i fear more is FDA approval if it actually works.... A drug takes 12 years to get approved by the FDA. even recell which has been working and proven for so long has still not been approved by the FDA.......

Let's throw like 20 grand at the problem. What would you do with AVAILABLE (not pipeline dream products which is all dextran hyrdrogel was a full out pipeline bullshit thing and I was the only one who knew it and told you. So end of discussion on that).
What would you do now if you had 20 grand to throw at the problem of acne scars on your face. Here's what I would do.
1) Have a preliminary treatment with erbium or some other full blown laser that would create superficial wounds for like 1 week to pus and clear. And full healing in 3 weaks. This would hardly do anything, maybe 3 percent improvement and cost like 4 grand to do, but it would prep my skin.
2) I have have subcision done to all my acne scars and then another strong fraxel laser right after topped off with RECELL , though would maybe take the overall improvement to about 5 percent.
3) After 2 months I then would go in for HARDCORE dermabrasion and ANOTHER RECELL treatment (they say RECELL is onetime but that's bullshit, there's no reason you couldn't do it again) and then after 2 months healing....
4) Have a really good fillers doctor work in fat and some of the newer smaller particle fillers, even silicone under all the remaining pock marks and indentations. I would also have interdermal botox injected into my skin to suppress all the sebacious glands.
I believe this would result in 30 percent improvement of acne scars, maybe more, and all of this including travel to Europe to receive recell treatment (though I live in Canada so I suppose I could get it here).
This would cost altogether 20 grand, probably cheaper than whatever the dextran hydrogel treatment would cost!!!!!
Can anyone add anything they would think would improve this protocol???? Please do add and share. I am confident this would result in significant improvement of even the worst acne scars which is what I have. Let's actually start talking about viable solutions and get our heads of the clouds. I want to know what would work NOW, not in some vague future scenario!
You'd basically need all of this. Note it's tri-modal: subcision, laser resurfacing, AND fillers. ANd the improvement is SHIT. They change the lighting to flat lighting in the afters so what looks like 30 percent improvement here is actually only like 5 percent.
ADD to this 2 bouts of RECELL, A MUCH STRONGER LASER, plus DERMABRASION. Now we're fucking talking! I'm gonna gurantee 30 percent improvement to anyone who follows my protocol. Better than anyone else out there.

I'm game! But also i'm a fucking dreamer. You can get some improvement with your protocol. I got here from a Russian forum. We do subcision, rolling, single needling, tca cross,and so on. We see the great results! But the scars don't gone completely. Everybody wants to get rid of them just FUCKING COMPLETELY!
I'm gonna do all that i can to get rid of them, and also i'm waiting for dextran hydrogel to make my final treatment.
