Oh okay. Do you think your breakout on the second week was as bad as last month? I'm just nervous because I'm coming to my second week and i don't want to be all nasty looking. Plus a boy I've been dating is coming into town and if I break out I'm seriously am going to lie and tell him I'm not in town lol I'll see him in two weeks after so I don't feel bad. And by then hopefully everything will be better. Hmmm three months? Okay... I'm going to stay positive

 

Hmmm...well it's hard to say because the breakout was in different areas, like last month, my chin exploded in cysts, while my forehead was clear, and this month, my forehead exploded in a million pimples, while there's only 1-2 pimples on my chin...so I dont know, same breakout different area? haha, when do you start your second week? Tomorrow? The breakout came in the 1st or 2nd day of the second week and started subsiding yesterday for me...I know how you feel, I have been trying to postpone nearly everything because of my face...my interviews, I've made up some excuses or delayed them as long as possible..

Yay today is my third day i kind of broke out on my cheeks but not too badly, if anything it kind of heals quickly. Maybe it's the accutane working? Idk ah I just want to be clear! The bc pills are making me gain weight

2nd Pack, Week 3, Tri-Sprintec

breakout on my forehead clearing up in days, have a big cyst near my chin, and a splatter of pimples around my mouth, but it looks better than last month and clearing up faster than before..........here's hoping...maybe clear in a few weeks?

Yeah I just hit the two week mark. I'm not breaking out as badly as last month so that's good and neither are you so yay to us Tri-twins! Lol I'm glad you're healing quickly!

kind of bummed because I got another hard pimple near my eyebrows and another one on the side is growing bigger...

It's my fifth day in the second week and I broke out

I'm in the middle of the 3rd week and my face still looks awful, a huge one near my chin, (like 3 pimples merged together), several of them on the right of my nose, I can feel one forming on my cheek, right in between my eyebrows, there are 3 of them, and to the right of my forehead, a big zit and a splatter of whiteheads and bumps....

All this acne makes me not in the mood to do anything, but lock myself in my room...

But keep in mind, we are still in our 2nd month! Just 1.5 months to go and we should be clear

Also, TRY NOT TO PICK (I've been having trouble), because it will prolong the time that our face is scarred...the acne will eventually go away, we don't want to be left with scars!

I have one of those pimples too! The one where three of them come together like they are plotting something! So ugly ughhhh I broke out nasty on my forehead and my cheeks=\ I was kind of okay but then thankgiving morning I woke up with all these pimples sucks.... Ah okay I need to stay positive it'll go away =\

3 more days until my sugar pills aka no more breakouts for a week, these hormone pills are just KILLING my skin, the cysts are so big..

Shes been noticing how crappy my skin has been, today I have a huge cyst smack dab in the middle of my face, she doesn't understand the whole initial breakout-on-birth-control-pills because I haven't switched brands and was clear for the past couple years.....oh man....can't wait until I'm clear already..

I know, but we just have to always think positive...I was thinking, 1 week from now and I'll be on my third pack, I wonder if the pimples will just stop appearing? lol...like all of a sudden, no more breakouts, I don't know since I've never had an initial breakout before I don't know how it works....

yea I was on Proactiv when I was younger, all it did was turn my face reallllllly pale...ugh those were bad memories....

The third week was definitely better than the 2nd week....I got a few cysts, not a hundred pimples...which I guess is better, but the cyst I have right now is one of the biggest things I've ever seen!

I know...the second week is the worst, I looked like I had the chicken pox...I start sugar pills today!!! Which is good because I'm going to the city, shopping in a few days and I want to look half decent..

Everything is healing now that I started the third week! I'm so excited! It is probably also the accutane helping! But I'm excited to see how the placebo pills will do there justice! I hope the third pack will be nice to us! Especially because it will be Christmas Season!

so far only 1 new pimple on my chin since I started the sugar pills a few days ago...the other cysts are becoming inactive.....oh man this has been the longest 2 months ever..

I know =/ but at least you can let your face rest at home? Hopefully by Christmas things will be looking up. But let me know how things on your third pack are. Thats when were supposed to be clearing up right?

so a little breakdown for anyone who cares=

1st pack, the worst breakout, I was in pain for weeks because of the cysts on my face...Couldn't even comfortably open my mouth some days, had trouble sleeping

2nd pack, bad breakout, (but NOT painful! lol), pimples covering my entire face, in the 1st pack, the cystic acne was concentrated around my mouth (the hormonal area), the 2nd pack, my forehead broke out horribly so it looks like I have chicken pox..

3rd pack..........FINGERS CROSSED X

Before Starting the Pill= I had 2 cysts on my face, and a few minor scarring, very very little body acne (if any at all). Face is 95% clear with foundation and powder. Hair is extremely oily after only 1 day, looks like a greasy mess, impossible to style.

2 months after Starting the Pill= (Today) 5 cysts on my face, under the skin bumps along both jawlines (not noticeable but when I feel it, I feel a bunch of them), uncountable number of whiteheads and pimples on my forehead, annoying pimples along my temples, a few pimples on my chest, my back there are several cysts, a few pimples on the back of my neck, redness on my face from the acne and where it left its mark and purple and red scarring, some minor some deeper. Face is 50% clear with foundation and powder. Face is considerably less oilier, makeup lasts longer, hair is significantly less oily, can go for 3 days without washing..

Also a little update, I have been using ScarAway on my hypertrophic scars that I have on my nose for a little over a month I believe, and the scars have not disappeared, they're still there, and discolored, but I believe that they have flattened out a tiny bit. I still have 2 months to go to see results though..I have to buy another pack because I've only been using the scar pads once, and not reusing them..but it only cost $28 so it was pretty cheap.

Hey (: glad to hear everythings working out for you! Im just curious but you said on the title its the end of your week 4 pack 2 but somewhere along your post you said you start pack 3 in two days. Im confused lol. I thought u couldnt wait any days between packs.

I think she means that its the end of the week for er. Meaning she only had a few placebo pills left, not necessarily only the last one left

Day 1, 3rd Pack

Unfortunately I woke up this morning with some clogged pores on my right cheek and some small pimples...no cysts though this whole week which is good....but I have being eating a lot of fastfood this past week and I've been wearing a lot of foundation which is maybe why I have so many clogged pores...

Have you girls been wearing foundation and cover up every day? I'm really tired of covering up my skin but I hate looking at myself in the mirror without it on..
