I am having massive healing reactions lately. I have been drinking garlic tea for the past two days and have become very weak and sickly. I have on and off headaches, pain in my left hand, my rosacea keeps flaring up.
I have been eating a tiny bit of raw egg yolk on and off still and I think my breakout reactions are subsiding. I am still breaking out on my chin but I guess I will see what happens tomorrow.
Other healing reactions are mucus, no energy, stagnate feeling and on and off stomach pain.
I think now that I am eating no nuts, more meat, and less carbs (including veggies) + drinking garlic tea I am getting a more severe die off. Can't wait till I am healthy again!
how about posting some pics? Im curious as to what your cysts look like and if they are similiar to mine
I don't have any as of now. I don't really like taking pix of my skin in it's bad form Even when I am 95% clear my scars are bad...
Update from eggs: Ate a little bit more today and took a fish oil pill the past two days. I'm didn't get any new ones today and the redness from this past week is dieing down again. After a few days of the fish oil pills I am going to try to add back in the cod liver oil. I am also going to try to eat more egg tomorrow.

Woke up feeling GREAT.. Guess all the garlic tea and coconut oil paid off.. I got home around 3:00 pm and took about 4 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and a half of a teaspoon of egg yolk. One hour later (now) I feel nauseous. I think the key is to take this stuff when you have noting to do. If you are constantly busy then take 5-6 tablespoons of coconut oil throughout the day. Acne flairups have gone down on my chin.

Day 24 on Candida Diet
Got some grass fed ghee today.. It tastes weird but I guess I would rather cook some stuff in ghee then coconut oil. Skin is clearing a bit .. One white head.. nothing hurts and the masses that came last this past week from the eggs are still there but not so much active. Id say I have around 5-8 very small marks dieing down on my chin. I'm not freaking out though because I know if I cut out eggs they will all go away asap. I am just going to give the eggs a little bit more time because I would love to ad hem back in my diet. My skin was extra flakey today after my shower which was weird. Ate a little bit more then one egg yolk today

I had one small whitehead on my chin that I popped and a kind of underneath pimple forming underneath on my chin area. Put on baking soda on my face today and my whole face was covered in dead skin after! I put coconut oil on my forehead for the past few days to test it... So far I still don't know what to think about it. The aloe on my chin made my red scars lighter. Baking soda was really fast working.. I put the mask on left it on for a few minutes and washed it off (without rubbing it.) My ace was literally covered in dead skin. It dos look a lot better after but I am worried about my pores by my nose. I don't want to make anything worse then it already is.

Been pretty clear the past 2 days... Besides the past couple hours which a red formation has taken place on my chin under the left side of my lip. The only think I can think of that I added in my diet that I don't normally eat is almond butter from yesterday and tomatoes which I ate today. Put coconut oil on my forehead and around my eyes this morning and aloe plant on my chin. My scars are a lot lighter from the aloe. I aso accidentally ate salted butter yesterday which may have given me a slight reaction.

I'd stay away from almond butter personally - I find nuts in general too risky to try. I've been eating a lot of tomatoes lately and don't seem to have gotten any bad reaction, so I'd say it might be one of the butters.
I'm not sure if I mentioned this before, but just don't squeeze any pores after you do the baking soda scrub. It makes the skin more malleable somehow - the only permenant acne markers I have are three pores that are a little too large and out of shape because I squeezed blackheads right after baking soda/acv. Glad I figured that one out before it did any more

I guess I have really been on it about 7 months but I don't count the first 6 since I cheated almost everyday. I think it was probably the salt butter since I never eat regular butter. And I usually cheat once a week with almond butter. I try not to squeeze anymore altogether. My skin just doesn't have that flawless look like it use to. Thanks for the encouragement!
Day 34 on Candida Diet
So the coconut oil finally made me break out in one spot on my forehead.. right by my eyebrow.. It is an underneath one that hurts and is forming a huge cyst! I hope it just goes away and never surfaces. My chin is looking ok.. still have that one under lip. I also have one on my right cheek which I think is also because of the coconut oil.. Because I never breakout on my cheek or forehead. Wopwopwopp. I also ate a whole head of raw garlic last night and I think I may behaving a healing die off reaction slightly .. My chin is a little more 'rough' then before the garlic. I also need more veggies in my diet but they all have been over priced lately. :/
Edit: I know the garlic made me breakout bad chin is breaking out b/c of toxins coming out from die off. Forehead is breaking out too in one spot too. I think the garlic + topical coconut oil = candida die off b/c toxins ae coming out

I stll have the cyst on my forehead and one other small one on top. Chin is breaking out on both sides about 3 small ones on right and 5 on left. Sorry I have been absent.. Really busy and depressed about my skin. I guess it was the eggs.. Everything kept getting worse and worse. I cut them out the past 4 days and I am finally starting to clear. It's not worth it. Maybe I will beable to eat eggs one day with out breaking out. maybe I will even beable to eat fruit again etc. But not right now. My face turned from "95 % clear" to at its worst again in a matter of a month when I added back in the eggs. I truly dont mind sticking to chicken and fish and veggies if it will keep me clear. Since I did that baking soda mask I have noted more scars appearing so I think it thinned my top layer of skin. Not a good week for my skin but things will look up again. I on my way to 95% and hopefully the collagen in my skin will heal with some red light therapy. I also want to note that I added back in cayenne pepper the past two days.
Note on the high doses of vitamin a.. Big mistake! I think that was another reason my skin thinned and I noticed my skin broke our right fater taking it. it also didnt heal fast at all. The red marks seemed redder then usual.
I also started taking vitamin D and shark liver pills and cut out the cod liver oil since I eat fish alsmost everyday.
Also want to note that I started exercising a lot again the past week. No exercise=acne

day 49 candida acne experiment
Cut the eggs and im almost 100% clear again... I really don't no why I react in that way to them. That is how it is with all food and me.. I am intolerant of everything. Right now my diet consist of chicken, fish, canned tuna, some veggies, red meat once in a while, and that's pretty much it. I guess if you really want clear skin you have to find your triggers. Try cutting everything out and then add stuff back in. Bee says that by 'breaking out' my body is detoxing through my skin. But it is not worth it to detox through my skin just so I can eat eggs. I went from a really happy positive person (with moderately clear skin) to a insecure person in a matter of a couple weeks after adding eggs into my diet. I was so disappointed after all the work I did that I didn't even want to post on here for the past 10 days. But I really think I have found the cure for some of us out there. myself being the experiment. Here is what you should do if you are reading this and want to try something new for your acne. no promises it will work but it worked for me
1) Cut out all foods including anything with sugar, eggs, wheat, dairy, artificial ingredients, artificial sugars, coffee, carrots, tomatoes, fruit, chocolate, all drinks besides water including drinks with caffeine, teas with caffeine
2) Eat fish, real organic turkey, real organic chicken (if you can afford it just try to get the one with out hormones), canned tuna that is only in water and that's it (no vegetable oil or broth) usually 1.50 a can, spinach, broccoli, zucchini, lettuce, red pepper, onion, green pepper
3) exercise and work up a sweat about 3-6 days a week. Try to run or do a elliptical machine for at least 30 minutes or 3 miles every single day. This is also key to having clear skin. Also do weights and stomach exercises, lunges and all that good stuff. Yoga is great too
4) Wash with mild soap once in the morning (you can skip this if you feel you wake up with good non oily skin) and once at night to get makeup and dirt off
5) use red light therapy (you can go get it done or buy your own) at least once every 3 weeks, You don't have to do this but it will help your skin from aging and help red marks
6) Supplements are really important. Here is what you should be taking while eating such a minimal diet. 600 mg calcium, 600 mg magnesium, 10,000-20,000 (I take 20+) IU vitamin A, 1000-4000 mg vitamin C (I take 4000), b complex 50 + niacin once a day with taurne (don't have to do but I do it) in the morning on empty stomach (niacin will cause you to flush), 400 IU vitamin E, vitamin D, I also have trace amounts of zinc and selenium in one of my vitamin A pills but you will get enough of those from food.
7) exfoliate dead skin (haven't really found a good way that doesn't seem to damage the outer layer of my skin but I'm working on it)
8) 5 tablespoons coconut oil per day
9) I am going to add cayenne pepper here for now because I have cleared the past 4 days and I was using that. When I was also clear about a month ago I was also taking the cayenne... So I think there is a connection
10) 1 teaspoon minimum Celtic sea salt
If anyone tried this and clears let me know. I have truly experimented on myself (not by choice if I had all the answers then I would of prevented my acne from the beginning)
