So I have great updates!!! Started taking the cayenne pepper two days ago and also started a parasite cleanse two days ago. I am now 95% clear... Mostly scars left over... My skin looks so MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!! So here is what I have been doing because I want to help others get clear in 5 months.
My diet for the past 2 days has been fish, chicken (I cheated yesterday because someone made it for me), red pepper, green pepper, spinach, onion, zucchini, avocado, lemon, 5 big spoonfuls of coconut oil a day, a spoonful of cinnamon each day.
Supplements past 2 days
1000-1500 mg vitamin C per day
Calcium/magnesium/vitamin D3
Vitamin A/Zinc/Selenium/Vitamin A
Parasite drops and pill which contain numerous herbs (just google parasite cleanse)
Cayenne pepper 2 500mg pills before my meals
Taurine powder 2000 mg
Vitamin B complex 25
Iron
So far since I have taken the parasite cleanse I have noticed 'die off' of the parasites in numerous ways. The cleanse is 15 days and then I plan to do a liver flush.
My mood has been great.. Going to the gym everyday and very motivated. I think the coconut oil is for sure working and my symptoms really are getting better every day including ACNE.. It is almost gone I am amazed and when I looked in the mirror earlier without makeup on I felt pretty! I hope anyone with acne will do this diet and restore their health.. I truly believe acne is linked 100% to the way your digestive system is working and you need to correct your digestive system before you are clear. No pill (tetracycline) or cream (retina a) is going to improve your life as much as changing your diet and fixing your digestive system. I feel so much better over all I hope everyone can get on the path to cleat skin!
i saw you were having some serious die off around the 22nd of january..I felt like that Wednesday and Thursday..Today is better but still dont feel 100%.. Im wondering if it will get that bad again or are most of the toxins now leaving? .Did you ever get the nystatin and do you think the coconut oil broke you out at first? Sorry about so many questions but im desperate to clear up my chin also..its so bad..
I took about 5 tablespoons yesterday and really didn't feel sick at all. I think most the toxins leave in the first week but I think it takes months to actually get your digestive system balanced and the candida back in check. The first week was by far the worst for me though. I was so sick the first day I was in bed all day and went to the bathroom about every 10 minutes. Yeah I have nystatin and I take 6 pills a day. Yes the coconut oil broke me out BAD at first.... I had a horrible die off on my chin and my whole chin was red and inflamed for about 3 days. Right now I am clear besides the flaws on my skin and I feel one coming in onthe right side of my chin (but it's small and nothing like what I use to get)

Used the dermaroller on my forehead last night.. I can say I like the results so far even tho it's only been a day. But my forehead does look good today.
So far from the parasite clenase I think I have pinworms (yuck).. I might need to get a stronger parasite cleanse because this one seems a little weak but we will see after 15 days.
Skin is doing well.. Sticking to the diet 100% with no NUTS. I'll keep everyone updated on the dermaroller results.
I was bad and ate some "sugar free" candy... Woah bad reaction in less then 4 hours.. Huge cyst like pimple that hurts on the right side of my chin.
No more cheats!
And im quitting the parasite cleanse... It was just to strong for me.. I'm going to go to the doctor and see if he can perscribe something less harmful then wormwood.
Made the best snack today!! Zucchini potato chips..
You cut the zucchini into very thin slices.. Then you spread it over tin foil on a pan (I put 2 whole zucchinis on one pan) cover in coconut oil and rub around so it gets on every piece. Then add a tad bit of sea salt to the whole thing.. I put my oven on 350 and cooked it for about 20-30 minutes.. I like them brown and crisp so I cook them for longer and at a high temp.
It really helped the sugar craving I have been having. Although i'm not sure if the sea salt I used broke me out a little? My chin did break out soon after (I know I'm sensitive to salt) but I'm not sure if it's a 'healing reaction' or a 'breakout reaction'.
So I am now taking 1 1/2 teaspoons full of celtic sea salt per day.. Started yesterday. My chin has 4 pretty big pimples on it from the 'toxins' however my energy is a lot higher. Google adrenal function to see why sea salt is important. Though it has made me breakout I am hopeful that it acts like the coconut oil did and only makes me break out for a few days.. It's not a painful breakout however it's more then I have had to deal with in a while.. And the right side of my chin was 100% clear but it now has 2 pimples
I know the salt is important so I am sticking with it.. Since I have started eating it I have been craving it so much. I also ate red meat today. The orgainc grass fed kind.. I might just try to get a little bit more of red meat and chicken in my diet but only the organic free range animals that were not caged all of their lives.
Feeling great lately lots of energy.. Not depressed about the breakout on my face because I see it as a healing process.. Also healing my mind by thinking I am beautiful instead of looking at every flaw! Everyone has flaws!
Took 9 tablespoons of coconut oil yesterday and had a 'healing die off' reaction today .. My body is now use to the salt and I am not breaking out anymore but I still have a few and my chin looks more red because of the breakout from last week.
Found more interesting things to eat sicne salmon was getting boring. Had tuna mixed with salt and pepper green pepper, onion and anotherkind of pepper.. + avacodo.. It was actually realy good.
Also made green pepper chips with the coconut oil and ocean sea salt.. Yum!
Ate two beef hotdogs and a small game hen yesterday.. My skin looks good however I have one pimple one each side of my jaw line (where my skin is clear with no acne red marks).. so I am thinking it is a healing reaction? Took 10 tablespoons of coconut oil yesterday and could NOT go to sleep! I am never taking 5 right before bed again. But the good news about that is I always have a good 'healing die off' reacton in the morning. I really would love to stick to my al fish diet but I just couldnt afford it anymore and I think it would of been a lot harder with out the 9 dollar a pound salmon I was eating everyday.
what do you mean by good healing die off? When you see a new pimple are you calling this a die off? Im so sick of candida and not knowing what to eat anymore..i need suggestions since i eat no fish..any ideas?
Well when candida dies off I call it a die off.. But after I talked to Bee she said that they call it a healing reaction (whenever you have symptoms of healing which can be in the form of acne, stomach upset etc).. So now I just put the two terms together
Lately I have been eating a lot of variety of foods.. I made stuffed green pepper (stuffed with ground turkey or beef, red pepper, onion, hot pepper, salt, and pepper)
I made chicken legs (baked in es or the oven with coconut oil salt and pepper)
I made Cornish game hens (baked in the oven with salt and pepper)
Steak (with salt and pepper)
100% organic hot dogs (with no preservatives or sugars etc)
Canned tuna (pure tuna without soy or veggie broth) mixed with onions green pepper, salt and pepper, and red pepper
Lots of avocados topped with salt
Zucchini chips
Red pepper chips
Green pepper chips
Steamed broccoli
Fresh spinach
There is a variety recipes on Bees web page so I have been trying some of those out. There is really tons to eat but I understand its hard because your body is still craving carbohydrates.
If you can tolerate eggs I read and interesting recipe for an egg pot pie.. You mix a bunch of eggs together like 8 or 12. Then in a pan fry onion and different peppers together.. In another pan fry turkey meat or ground beef then mix eggs and turkey or beef in a pie dish and put on toppings or mix in toppings of red pepper green pepper and onion etc.
Haven't tried it yet seeing as how my body still had to get use to eggs but it sounds good! Also I use coconut oil to cook with for everything.
Skin is 95% clear.. Now that it is so much better my scars look pretty bad to me :0
I guess I didn't notice them as much before because of the bumps etc but now that the acne is almost gone I focus on my pores/flaws... My derma roller broke after 3 sessions so I will have to buy another one when I have money. I think it helped but im not sure if it made some areas worse and some better.
Any suggestions for very sensitive skin? Peels? Dermaroller? Creams? IPL? At home remedies?
I started the candida diet 6 months ago... but the true candida diet about a month ago (when I cut out nuts.) Id say im doing it 80-100% depending on the day (I cheat once or twice every week.) Since then my skin has CLEARED dramatically.. I had this small patch of pimples on the left side of my chin that just sat there and wouldn't go anywhere... but those are gone now. No new bumps everyday except when I cheat.
Things I love this week for my skin
1) Drinking Apple cider vinegar (so nasty but makes my skin so nice)
2) all my supplements (A/selenium/zinc/vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B complex, taurine, calcium/magnesium/vitamin D, cod liver oil (adding in this week), fish oil
3) Murad exfoliating face mask $22.00
3) Coconut oil (5+ tablespoons per day)
4) Eating any foods on Bee's candida list
5) 20 minutes of sun everyday
6) Exercise
I am going to add back eggs into my diet even though my allergy test said I was allergic! Ate my teaspoon full today and plan to do that for 5 days.. Then I am going to gradually up it.
Skin is looking good...
I did cheat today because I was nervous Ate gum and almond butter .. Wahh
what do you think has made the biggest difference since starting the candida version a month ago?
Things that I think healed my skin the past month are
I cut out nuts and almond butter
I stopped chewing sugar free gum 24/7.. So basically I was cheating the first 5 months and got moderately cleared but now im cheating less and am even more clear
I added in coconut oil (5 tablespoons a day)
I started taking all of the vitamins on Bee's supplement list on a daily basis
Also I added in colostrum plus by symbiotics which I noticed right when I started taking that I cleared up (but im not sure if that's the cause)
About 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar every 2 days and everyday if I can handle it
I added in celtic sea salt which made me breakout for 3 days and then subsided
I also started oil pulling everyday (you swish around coconut oil in you rmouth for 20-30 minutes one to three times per day)
When I cheat I go back to being 90% clear because a few small bumps that only I notice show up but when I am veryvery strict I notice a huge difference.
I want to note that I ate another teaspoon of an egg today.. I noticed when I woke up today a red big kinda reaction on my chin from the egg (normally I get cystic acne when I eat eggs so I guess since I ate such a small amount I just got a tiny reaction).. I hope that I can eat eggs soon with no reaction!
Going to get HCL supplement tonight because I was worried that the cayenne pepper was hurting my stomach line.
Soooo the eggs have been giving me a bad reaction so far I only took one teaspoon for the past two days and already have a cystic like pimple on the left side of my chin and a couple white heads... When I use to eat like 3 eggs at once I would get 4-5 at a time on my chin but I guess since I am taking it slow I am getting a minor reaction. It stinks but I am going to stick with it and eat another teaspoon tomorrow.

There is no head and sometimes they are just flat. I also get raised welt like bumps that are also red and are a little bigger. I had allergy testing on monday and so far I dont seem to be allergic to anything. I cannot take these welt like lessions anymore and diet alone is not changing them..Im eating great, all anti candida stuff but every time i added in another anti fungal such as coconut oil, aloe vera juice nystatin or diflucan i wake to more welts so I stopped.. In fact Ive stopped everything even the doxy. this has been going on since december and i cannot figure it out. I thought by just doing the diet it would not add more to my face but would take a little longer..Is this die off everyday? I feel perfectly fine its just my face. The only other supplement i take is acidopholus. I saw a naturopath on Feb 14 and we are trying to figure all this out..things starting peeking this week with 3-4 new spots a day. I tried pecans on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday..Only a few but could this be the reason if thought i tested negative on Monday? Here is a sample of what i ate yesterday.
Breakfast: Gluten free/sugar free corn grits made with water & coffee with stevia a splash of non dairy creamer
Snack: Celery with hummus
Lunch Ground beef lettuce wrap that i made
Snack 2 apple slices
dinner Steak, salt and peper to season, cauliflower, spinich salad with avocado/cucumber/peppers with lemon and olive oil
I am washing with dermalogicas ultra calming cleasner and not really using moisturizer. Maybe a little aloe from the plant or a hyaluronic acid moistuizer I have. the naturopath also ordered me a niacinamide/aloe topical spray that you spritz after you cleanse..I tried it Sat, sun, Mon and Tues.
Could this have done it? some of the bumps are swollen too...what else can I do...Every day gets worse and i will not leave the house and all i do is cry...Im such a waste of space sometimes

You are not wasted space!!! I know how you feel but truthfully people who love you don't even care that you have acne. My best friends were still my best friends through my worse time and my family still acted how they always have. It is mostly mental. Try not looking in the mirror all the time, when I go on vacation I don't have my mirror I look in 24/7 and when I look in bathroom mirrors I feel so pretty because I have not been studying my flaws all day. The reason your acne has gotten so much worse since December is because you took more doxy... That is the same thing that happened to me.. I took more antibiotics about 10 months ago and then my acne got worse then it had ever been and I had to take action after dealing with it for four months (that's when I started this diet about 6 months ago)
If you really want to get rid of acne you will have to eliminate a lot more from your diet before you see results. The only thing that you ate yesterday that I would of eaten is the Steak, salt and pepper to season, cauliflower, spinach salad with avocado/cucumber/peppers with lemon and olive oil...
I have been through what you are going through and tried to eat things I thought my body could handel and others eat with no problem (like the coffee, corn cereals, apples, non dairy creamers) ... However since my digestion could not handle those foods it would always end with the same result... acne.. If you want to go on the Candida diet you have to focus on what you can eat, not what you can't. I have had a few breakdowns throughout my diet where I would eat an apple (resulting in acne on my chin).. Or where I would drink some coffee thinking I could handle it... But it was always the same result.. acne.. If you have Bee's website go to get diet food list and only eat what is on that list. I know things like corn grits, apples, hummus all feed candida which can end in a breakout.

Stuffed green pepper (ground turkey, red pepper, onion, salt, pepper, green pepper)

I used the bones and left overs to make chicken soup and I threw ground turkey, onions, red pepper, green pepper in it (my favorite meal so far)
Salmon with fresh lemon salt and pepper (make sure your slat is celtic sea salt)..
I got real results when I started following Bee's plan down to a T.. I know what you are going through and how horrible it is..Believe me eating a bite of an egg is reminding me of all I have been through with acne (because it is giving me inflamed red acne on my chin)

You can do it!! I plan to be on the diet for a while so you can always come on here and ask questions. I am still asking questions and learning new information everyday. Even this week I will probably order HCI supplement which is the last supplement that I didn't have that was on Bee's list. I truly believe in the Candida diet program because of the results I have gotten so far (besides my reactions with eggs.) And on her program coconut oil is all you need as an antifungal (but of course garlic and cinnamon will help too)
Don't be sad mine got better in 3 months and is almost gone in 6... You just have to be strict ..
Update from eggs... Chin is breaking on on left side because of the teaspoon.. I took another one today.. I hope this 'healing reaction' from eggs goes away soon.. Havnt gotten a pimple like this in a while.. There is one big red one and a few tiny ones around it.. Hopefully I will beable to eat eggs with out any reaction in a week.
No new white heads today and all the other ones are died down.. The one big one is also going down.. Took another teaspoon today! I think I am starting to get a little use to eggs but only time will tell.
Also want to add my wash and moisturizing routine since I know so many people can be confused on how to properly take care of their skin... I paid over 100$ to go to a very good esthetician and get my skin diagnosed and since I took up her advice I have cleared a ton (because of diet and routine.) When she saw my skin she said "you're not moisturizing at night are you." And I told her I wasn't.. She told me to start exfoliating 2x a week and putting on moisturizer every time I wash my face.. Since then my skin looks SO much better!
Wake up:
wash face with gentle wash (whatever works for you I use a local brand with NO harsh chemicals)
Put on Hope in a jar moisturizer ($30.00 to $50.00)
Put on make up
Before bed:
wash face with gentle wash
Put on hope in a jar moisturizer
Put on clinique dark circle stuff
Put on anti wrinkle cream around my eyes (lanecome, estee lauder etc.. whatever brand I have)
2x per week:
I exfoliate with murad exfoliating enzyme face mask for 10 minutes.... I am careful not to apply it around my pore area around my nose but the rest of my face done fine with it and looks great afterward!

I just thought of this.. I ALSO started taking COD LIVER OIL 6 days ago.. The same time as the eggs... So maybe it is the cod liver oil.. I'm going to but that out for the next few days and see...

what do your bumps look like? My bumps from eggs look like underneath cysts that turn a reddish color.. Sometimes they come to a head and sometimes they don't. I think my system is starting to get use to the eggs (in very small amounts) ....but I don't want to jinx myself. Truthfully your skin is great... Just had about 5 tablespoons of coconut oil to whatever you are doing now and I bet your skin will start to have that glow again. Your skin really isnt bad it just lost its 'glow'... which the coconut oil can give you back.
Update from the eggs... Face isn't 95% clear like it was but I think my body is getting use to the eggs. I didn't take cod liver oil the past two days so perhaps it was that that was breaking me out. Whatever the reaction I know it was a healing reaction (which is a good thing) and I don't see myself as bad anymore. When you change your diet your thoughts about yourself change too.. I find myself constantly thinking I am pretty now and am having a lot of positive thoughts despite the breakout.. So I know this diet is still working even though I have the setback from the eggs/cod liver oil.. It comes along with healing I guess.
