It's an interesting consistency. Tinted moisturizers are always a little tiny bit trickier to blend for me since they are sheer. It makes it more apparent if you've missed a spot. At least on my skin! It should be the opposite, I know, lol. Anyhow. It's very creamy and moisturizing. I definitely think it needs a minute or two to sit and absorb on the skin before judging the outcome.

Your skin looks flawless! It still leaves a nice healthy glow...I've always wondered about the staying power of tinted moisturizers for those of us with oily skin, even when I was clear, it seems like whatever coverage it gives would be gone after an hour on my skin...

Hmmm. Well I am usually only oily in the summer so I don't have as much of a problem with that, luckily. 😛

You could try it but you'd definitely want a mattifying moisturizer/primer under it!

You look great even in the first picture! your skin is flawless! smile.png Also I'm going to have to hit up my local target now! Also also, I second what Casa said, how is it on like oily skin???

Awww phooey! 🙂 Thank you! It's funny because I actually have a big red spot on the siiiiide of my face. Works out! Haha yeah check out Target. Sonia Kashuk brushes are supposed to be good as well. Well it would be completely different on oily skin. Like I told her, a mattifying moisturizer and primer would be necessary but it could work if you got those right!

You look great! I'm so tempted to buy the Hourglass Primer!! I've read brilliant reviews on this product!! I think it would work wonders under any type of foundation. It's all about the correct tools! I'm torn on the HG Tinted Moisturizer. Price aside I really want the primer!! What did you think of it? Sorry in advance if you reviewed and I missed it....

Try Monistat Chafing Relief Powder Gel! Its main ingredient is dimethicone. It works like a charm. I use it daily on my eyes, but I spread it all over my face sometimes. I haven't noticed any change in my skin. It is $6-7 at any drugstore.

Thank you so much!! I actually really like the primer as well.

I didn't review it, no worries! It's more liquid-y than your average primer (or at least the ones I've tried)

but it goes on like butta. It actually neutralizes more redness than ( italics aren't turning off sorry) I thought it would,

as you can kind of see in the pictures. It works really well. I asked my boyfriend last night

if he saw any dry patches or something like that and he said no! This is after driving, taking Bart, rubbing my face

on his sweater, hot & cold air, etc! So I am a big fan. And I love that it has SPF 15.

I was hoping with fingers crossed that it worked!! I'm so buying this! I also have been checking out Illuminare (spelling) concealer/tm/foundation. Thoughts? Tried it?

The redness from past marks and just redness in general is my main concern as for coverage along with my sensitive skin.

I'm starting to love Hourglass more and more. The lipsticks are really pigmented with awesome shades! Fever is a hot pink and I get so many compliments at work when I wear it. Fresco is a pinky nude on me (nude in a rosy not ghostly way) and it goes perfectly with almost any eyeshadow look.

um, yeahhhhhh, a whole snicker's box full! haha! Okay, I'm loving the orgasm illuminator, but by the end of the day I look a bit greasy, even though my skin is crazy dry. How do I? I've tried porefessional and DHC's primer underneath, doesn't really seem to make a difference...

Absolutely in love with the TheBalm trio, especially the blush. Kinda surprised me since it's so coral and that usually makes me look like an undead hooker. Have you tried it?

Also picked up the Balm and the Beautiful ES palette at a TJMaxx, omgggggggggggggggggggggggg, love. My favorite colors are Bad Boy, Oil Tycoon, Estranged Mom, and The Other Woman.

Does anyone klnow of any sparkly nail polish that doesn't peel off after 4 minutes?

LOL 🙂

Hmmm. Where are you placing it and how much are you using? Highlighters/illuminators can be tricky sometimes.

For some reason I figured you would be a Balm appreciater. I have tried it actually I love it! I like coral blushes, especially in the summer

when I have a bit of color. What is the ES palette?! It sounds like I need it.... 😛

As for the nail polish, are you using base and top coat?

Sparkly Nail Polish is my obsession! I don't use a lot of polish on my tips but I do use quite a bit on my toes. This is what works for me. Use a base coat for sure if you want a darker polish under your sparkles. Layer a few shades of polish. When still wet and tacky-sprinkle your own glitter on top of polish. The finer the glitter-the better. Then do like a triple coat of clear over that. Waiting 10-15 minutes between coats. I also swipe some olive oil over the polish to ensure no smudges!!

Does the HG Primer burn at all upon application? What do you use under the HG?

^ Oooooh smart nail tips! I actually have a glimmer tattoo kit (for the family kiddies) that I could SO use on my nails and I have like 15 colors .... ooh.... the possibilities for my pedicure tonight. Thanks!

And the primer doesn't burn at.all. :) I use Diorsnow Essence and eye cream, sometimes SPF cream :)

Try rhinestones too.. so DIY and cheap and Chic!

That's true, haha. My mom calls it "striking" vs "pretty".... not sure if I prefer striking but oh well! 😀 It was a nice thing to say, they probably need glasses.

I also like bubble baths and body scrub! Haha.

New & Exciting products ---- >

- Clarins Brightening Repairing night cream: I used this the last couple nights and this

morning and it is an awesome cream. It's lightweight but still moisturizing, perfect for

over a serum. & especially if you are going to do spot treatments over everything. Brightening

and smoothing!

- Diorsnow White Reveal Essence: They were going to throw this away at work!! UGHH. When

you return something, if it's been opened at ALL, even the packaging, it gets thrown out.

So shhhh, I had to save this one. I don't really use brightening products because I am already

fair but I am being swayed by this serum, my skin looks much brighter and even a little lighter.

I just like the evening effect, and in conjunction with the Clarins cream things are looking good.

- Glycolic/retinol chemical peel: I originally got this for my clients... but I will be using probably

1/2 of it! Lol. I have KP on my arms and legs. I used this on my chest for congestion, arms and

legs for KP and finished with Image Skincare Rejuvenating body lotion. Fingers crossed, everything

looks SO much better this morning. The bumps are highly reduced, redness pretty much

nonexistent, and my skin has a healthier looking sheen. I am going on vacation soon so I

hope this improvement continues until then.

😀
