Will a dose of 5 mg/day accutane maintain the results already obtained?

I took accutane for 3.5 months in dosages of 40, 30, 20 mg. But even 20 mg gave me extreme anxiety and panic attacks.

I stopped taking it for two days. And then took 10 mg. Next I plan to take 10 mg every other day (i.e. 5 mg/day).

Will this maintain the results I have already gotten (my skin has cleared up)? Or will the skin gradually get worse?

Will this build up to a cumulative dose?

You should be taking this under the guidance of a doctor. It's a very dangerous drug if not administered properly and definitely not something to self medicate with.
